I have been using Holts for over 20 years and they never fail, my recent piece was for my wife's 60th, a natural pink diamond, that was affordable and work with the design I had in mind, Alicja's patience, ideas, support and desire to ensure I get what I wanted was second to none. The piece was perfect!

Honestly cannot recommend enough Holts Gems.

This review is at least 8 months overdue but let the fact it’s been on my mind all that time that I needed to get to it be testament in itself to how grateful I am to the team at Holts.

Holts were involved in the process of my engagement ring from the first assessment and valuation of the stone to the appointment to choose a design to executing the finished product and I can’t imagine having used any other company.

The time, care, and genuine excitement they put into the process made my experience all the more special, and their understanding of the personal value the stone in my ring had to my family and the story behind it made me feel in such safe hands.

The personal consult to choose a setting was done with so much care and patience (especially when I was very indecisive!), and gave me the space that led to choosing something I never would have expected but ended up completely perfect. The finished product exceeded all expectations, and I am so happy that I decided to trust the experts and the process.

Whatever gem or jewellery services you’re in need of, I truly could not recommend Holts any higher. My ring has a whole host of stories behind it, and the wonderful team at Holts will now always be one of them.

I had an engagement ring custom made by Holt Gems in Hatton Garden and couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From the very first consultation, what really stood out was how attentive Alicja was. I’d met with a few other jewellers beforehand, but the level of care and attention here was completely different. She genuinely took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, which made the decision easy.

She listened carefully to the design I had in mind and also offered thoughtful suggestions that enhanced certain elements without ever pushing in a different direction. The whole process felt collaborative and very personal.

The finished ring is exceptional, the design and craftsmanship are outstanding. My now fiancée absolutely loves it. She couldn’t believe how beautiful it is and is so happy with it.

Caitlin was incredible in helping us find the perfect ring. Before our appointment, she curated a selection of stunning diamonds for us to view. I’ve realised that seeing the stones in person is essential, as the quality and sparkle matter immensely, even with lab-grown diamonds.

We also explored their unique colored diamonds and previewed different wedding band pairings, which was a great touch. Caitlin was never pushy; instead, she asked thoughtful questions about my partner's style and gave honest, clear advice on what works best. As a person who was buying without my Fiancee it was really helpful!

Catilin was incredibly helpful and patient despite my indecisiveness. We went several times to try various mounts and gems and she really helped us find the right one. We're now waiting on the final ring with the gem set for which I'm really excited!

My partner and I stumbled across Holts Gems whilst engagement ring shopping in Hatton Garden, and we're very glad we did as we ended up purchasing our engagement ring with them.

Unlike many other places in Hatton Garden it is very clear that Holts is a truly independent operation, with staff that are highly knowledgeable and interested and provide fantastic and genuine customer service.
