Scam! All fake profiles taken payment and not received the service! Avoid!

Fantastic Sitter who went out of her way to look after my dog. She stepped in when my planned Sitter pulled out at short notice. Will definitely use her again

I am looking for a good reliable person to watch my fur baby whilst away on holiday, someone suggested I look on holiday, so haven’t actually used them yet but in the process

I didn’t get to use their actual service yet, but I got a quick positive reply from their customer support regarding refund requested after realizing that my daughter already found a friend willing to take care of our pets in our absence.

Ambiguous process when you purchase the monthly subscription which is misleading. Unsuccessful in finding pet care. I will never use this company again. So, be aware!

#2160908 Kirsty an Al are absolutely FABULOUS , couldn't wished for a more lovelier family to look after our 2 pugs whilst we were away , they kept us updated with pictures and to be completely honest they seemed well and truly loved and cared..We definitely going to book them as we are off again very soon, i truly and highly recommend them to all pet owners looking for a loving caring friendly family

Absolutely useless app, never got reply from all hundreds of "quick reply sitters" in my area apart of one which I assume is connected to this silly app,she was not in my area and I never pick her and asking for 4 times bigger amount of the estimated in the app+app fee haha, common 😂

Contacted several pet sitters paid a fee. Got zero replies. All people I messaged were noted as free. My cat very low maintenance ie if you wanna pet sit he is ideal. Got contacted by someone I hadn’t earmarked whom was offering pet sitting for a very large sum. This person lives far away from me. Do not recommend. Pointless

The advertised House sitters weren't house sitters at all, just wanted you to drop off the pets! Very useless site for pet sitters!

You are force to have a 3 months suscription as the won't give you the chance to do it month per month, which is ridiculous as in all my enquiries I have just one pet sitter answer to me, it seems that not all pet sitters are with active profiles.

Registered last year & used a sitter but never realised that they will take annual subscription even though I no longer need their service. They don't contact you - just continue to take payment. £120 taken from my account for NOTHING!! No email or conract whatsoever, only realised from my online banking!

Can you give less than 1 star? They tricked me into paying for contacts after "gratis search" which I thought was a one time payment, and under a hidden name they kept taking my money so I only realised after years! Outragous! Never sent any invoice or contact anymore only taking my money, using Ayden payment that is so common, you dont realise.
And the worst is, the petsitting actually never took place cos they cancelled so I really got nothing from holidog! Really annoying

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

They unlawfully exploit your bank details to charge you without your consent. After purchasing the package, they automatically renew your subscription, even if you don’t utilize their services. When you reach out for assistance, they hide behind their terms and conditions, insisting you must cancel manually, despite only buying a package for a fixed duration. Safeguard your bank account from these scammers, as they lack a phone line and any real customer service.

Avoid like the plague. Worst company I've dealt with. Will surreptitiously take money without warning and then refuse to give it back. Will often fail to respond. Poor customer service. Fake profiles to lure you in. Definite scam under the guise of some legitimate work.

They took £120 from my account despite cancelling my registration (and not continuing with the free trial 2 years ago!) I emailed them and they refused to refund it saying it was on autorenewal but I've never used their services.

Don't touch this website. They have been taking quarterly payments for 5 years now despite us asking to close our account. They say they have no knowledge of this. It is quite clearly shown on our bank account but from HolidogFR.Paris. They have not answered our repeated queries saying no money has been withdrawn.
