Avoid it. They took £259 and provided no proof of spending apart from list of services written by them. Did not get an appointment on time and weren't responding to my calls. When communicated I was called "bro" and on two occasions hanged up on me. Very unprofessional scam like. Eventhough I was entitled to refund they offered only a fraction of £77 voucher for future services which obviously I will not use. It seemed they were more concerned and pressing on me to sign their documents I guess that is to cover themselves legally.

Jeniffer helped us through the whole process of visa. Strongly recommend.

I was in touch with jeniffer for my application form to be review for applying to moldova. As this was my first time i wasn’t sure, what exactly was needed for the application to be completed. Jeniffer, was helpful. Though seemed like she wasn’t much sure as looked like her first time applying as well. My visa form was deemed inadmissible due to lack of incorrect information provided and wrong visa type request. After 4th correction on application finally, I have managed to receive the visa. For a time i was quite scared, if I’m being honest. But despite of all of this, jeniffer was patience and helped me throughout the correction process. She was polițe and helpful.

Wonderful experience the first time I got in touch with Holiday Expert.Supportive in consultation about the avaliable appointments for Germany visa. It took like two weeks to have all documents ready for the visa appointment for Germany and then the following week obtained my Germany visa.
