Both my wife and myself were very satisfied with your travel insurance advisor, she was very clear and precise about our health conditions and made our experience very easy in answering the various health questions we were given in relation to our current health conditions.

Since discovering Hollday Safe I have ben very satisfied and so when think holiday automatically hink Holifay Safe.

The pages on their website kept freezing. I spoke on live chat, they sent me to book a call, but there were no appointments free at all? so could not make any purchace of travel insurance. Very inefficient

Lack of flexibility - I only wanted cancellation cover for a UK holiday. What I got was the same as overseas travel including such things as medical cover, repatriation, flight cancellation, baggage cover etc none of which were relevant.

I have had bowel and liver cancer in the last 4 years and most companies wanted to charge me a fortune for cover. I came across HolidaySafe on the MacMillan site and it was so much cheaper. I have used them many times and on my 2nd occasion I had to make a claim which, after emailing the relevant paperwork and a short phone call from a lovely lady, was paid out in a few days. Last year I was going to visit my daughter in Australia but I was getting ridiculous insurance quotes up to £12,000 and as my visit was under 45 days HolidaySafe gave me a quote of £278. I’m 67 and do not take any medication, so I was shocked at some of the ridiculous quotes. I would never use any other company for my travel insurance.

Have had a number of policies through Holiday Safe. Customer care always helpful and policy prices are very competitive

Fortunately I did not have to use the policy. I would only comment if I had to use the policy. However it was good to have insurance if required.

Competitive annual Holiday Insurance for older people even with a few minor health issues.
Easy to book over the phone.

It was easy to follow and answer the online questions and make payment. Documentation followed promptly, Happy that I did not have any cause to make a claim!

having used the company previously I knew what to expect. good service and realistic prices. my partners medical issues were no problem and price quoted would not go anywhere else.

Tried to book insurance for family and could not complete as web site would not accept payment, tried again later and same situation. Re booked with another company as I had no policy to be told the next day I had a policy! Tried to cancel online not working tried customer service and the indian lady struggled for 20 mins to then tell me could not as system not working. I asked to call back to confirm cancellation but nothing and no email. Later went back and cancelled online. price wise ok but not the best for value.
