Pebble House had everything we needed for our stay.

Very easy company to deal with and easy to contact.
Cottage was in a beautiful location in village. Very handy for pubs and local shops. Handy farm shop just outside village.
Lovely beaches at Studland, Swanage etc.

We had a lovely stay, the house has lots of space across four floors and all the rooms feel spacious. The welcome basket was a lovely touch. There's a nice window seat on the 2nd floor that was very cosy to have my morning tea in. There's a big dining room table to eat or play games on on the ground floor. The second sitting room on the lower ground floor gives somewhere to snuggle down and watch TV if staying up after other people go to bed. There are a lot of stairs which can be a little creaky and does cause a bit of back and forth from the kitchen when eating on the ground floor, but as long as you are prepared for this it feels like a nice, quirky aspect of the place, and gives a bit of distance from cooking noise when relaxing in the living room which is nice. The house is well stocked with garden cushions, books, games, a TV on ground and lower ground floor. The induction stove is nice to cook on. The back courtyard is a lovely sun trap. There's also a really nice bath on the top floor. Providing two keys was really helpful. It's incredibly close to the heart of Broadstairs. Conversations with the host were speedy and helpful.

I was never able to log in to the app, but despite that, all the information I needed was received by email, and the booking, payment and enquiry service all worked faultlessly. The property we chose proved to be exactly as described, and our hosts were excellent. It was a great choice for our 40th Wedding Anniversary.

The place us lovely but small needs hand rail on stairs both side , larger towel in bath room new toilet brush , the drive way is very narrow so care is needed also can only have one car other parking is 2miles away which is not good

Holidays cottages were helpful in booking this trip although it was a second choice. Unfortunately the site allowed us to book and pay for another property which wasn’t available and then took a week to refund which was costly and could’ve meant we couldn’t afford an alternative

We had a lovely two week stay in Bon Amis with children and Grandchildren. The house is very well equipped with a lot of thought being put into all that you would need.
The outside area has plenty of room for lounging or BBQs and eating outside.
The location is perfect being a 10 min walk to either the town or the beach.
Parking on the street was no problem.
We all had a great time.

Lovely location, dirty hot tub with algae...not a private location due to public footpath, not dog friendly.

Honest details, seemless booking

The property was exactly as advertised.
Really nice company to deal with, used holiday cottages before, its our go to company as we have dogs.
Easy booking process, you can always get hold of someone if need.

I stay regularly in Croyde and have done for many years in a variety of different houses. This is the first time I have used this particular company or paid so much for a house (children have turned into adults meant having to book larger house as well).
The house we stayed in looked suitable in the photos, enough room and great location. Reality was a house which was very tired, neglected and generally suffering from poor maintenance and upkeep. The garden was overgrown with brambles, the outside furniture dated, old and not suitable for purpose, seating cushions covered in thick black mould.
Interior of house was tired, creaks and squeaks, cracks, windows that wouldn’t open or close so felt house wasn’t secure when we left it (the house probably dates from the 1960s).
Information in the house was from a different holiday cottage provider so therefore not relevant to the company that we booked through, with out of date information generally.
Generally felt that company is happy to charge a high rate for a weeks stay in school holidays especially because it’s Croyde, and obviously only mugs like us would pay it. More fool us.
However, we won’t do it again and will stick to more trusted holiday cottage providers in Croyde than this company.
None of the issues in this house are new, and looking at the reviews in more detail I not that they have been noted several times over the last couple of years. So basically you get the impression that no one really cares, they just want your money. So spend it wisely.

Great properties and locations
Easy website to use and communication is brilliant

The apartment was not very clean, the laminate floor was filthy, long dark hairs in bathroom and lounge. Not enough storage for clothes. Toilet roll holder broken ,just screws left in the wall. We were disappointed as we had previously stayed in Lillian's View in the same apartment block and that was spotless.

Lovely location, long summer evenings were spent in the garden, enjoying the views.
