Such a lovely stay! Everyone enjoyed it! Including the dog! So clean and the garden was beautiful at night to eat outside with the lights!

This cottage provides me with central location to explore the areas or Cornwall (mainly south) that my family enjoy. Very comfortable and peaceful accommodation, almost non existent light pollution makes for great stargazing. I find the cottage very well equipped and comfortable for our holiday. Two bathrooms a big plus, we all slept very well in the comfy beds, generously equipped kitchen met all.my needs, good quality cutlery, crockery and tools. Internet tv useful for down time(in lounge and both bedrooms). Owners very lovely.people and always helpful but not intrusive. Be back soon.

Great property with nice hot tub, steps to the local pub and country walks for the dogs. Spacious enough for 4 adults and our 2 dogs.

Booking process and communication was great. Cottage was as described and in a great location. Sadly let down by minor cleanliness issues that we could resolve.

Really loved the location of this cottage at 'The Vale' which felt like you were in the woods in the middle of nowhere but you're actually only a few miles from Looe. The accommodation has everything you need and the hot tub made it for me.

Absolutely wonderful sea views beach in front the bay was safe and lovely people house was amazing a back garden parking all you could wish for highly recommend this beautiful house will be booking again for next year so much to see and do very near to Weymouth Portland and charmouth

A really great cottage - we stayed in "Highland Hot Tub Retreat 2": outstanding views, a super quiet place. This is the best choice for someone who wants a great retreat from city life. However, in about a 25-minute drive, there are two large towns with major stores (Tesco Extra, ASDA, Home Depot, etc.), plus bakeries, restaurants, etc. Also, some really great castles in about a 1-hour drive - definitely recommend visiting. Not to mention farms with Highland Cows - absolute must.

Cottage has all necessary equipment for long-term stay - full kitchen (fridge, oven, set of pans/cutlery, etc), hot shower, fa/heater, wifi. Plus two extra features - fireplace and hot tub to make your holiday even better, especially in winter. Set of board games, small welcome gift - all this adds up, and your stay will definitely be warm and cosy in any weather and on any day.

Owners are extremely welcoming! They also live close by, so any help you need will be resolved in almost an instant! They also provide some additional services like electric bike hire, tennis court (!) rental, etc.

The "holidaycottages.co.uk" themselves also seemed quite nice - I had some questions with the property access code, called them via phone, and they were very supportive, plus called back afterwards to see if it had been settled. No issues there, all went smoothly!

Don't remove things that were there previously IE CD player and discs and clean the dishwasher filters and the washing machine soap dispenser.
Get the cleaners to report breakages so they can be attended to.
