Love the beautiful scenery, the quietness and tranquillity of the area, and how close it is to the sandy beach. We were also blessed with beautiful weather during our stay, which made the experience even more special.

Easily contactable, great prices. Managed to find accommodation for 7 adults (one being 91!) two children and two infants with no problem.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful cottage in Haverfordwest. It’s detached, spacious, modern, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. My husband particularly appreciated the thoughtful decor with some lovely touches reflecting his interests in game and shooting.
The location is fantastic for exploring Pembrokeshire, being relatively close to some gorgeous beaches. We visited Freshwater East, Little Haven and Broad Haven South (accessed via the Lily Ponds) and had a wonderful time.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re already looking at booking again for next year! Highly recommended.

The cottage itself was clean, well set out and in an amazing location. The views from the amazing windows were incredible. What a spot to watch the eclipse from!
However, we felt there was a lack of privacy at times. There is shared parking to the side of the house which is not made clear in the listing. Everyone staying at the glamping site walks past your cottage to get to them. It made it hard to relax on the decking. And the hot tub could do with a little more privacy too.
Overall we had a great time, but the cottage needs a couple more tweeks to itself or the listing.

This is the perfect set up for a relaxing fishing holiday, the lake is beautiful well established with a good stock of fish. A very good array of wildlife especially the birds.
If you just want to relax and watch the world go by this place is perfect.

Great range of rental properties throughout the Gower Coast!

We had a lovely stay at Valley View. It’s beautifully quiet and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Scarlett is a wonderful host- there if you need but never intrusive. Our dogs loved the secure garden access and the adjoining field for walks. Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Farthings in Benhall. Booking on the Holiday Cottages app was easy and all the details we needed were provided prior to our arrival. The place was well equipped, clean and very cosy. We were extremely comfortable there for the whole 7 nights and had everything we could possibly need, even a washing machine and an extremely comfortable bed! (Which I miss now). My husband especially loved the selection of books as he’s such a book worm. We met the lovely owner Kate, who kindly welcomed us and left us some lovely treats which we really appreciated. We loved the chocolate brownies they were amazing, thank you! The Farthings is such a great base for exploring Suffolk. We especially loved Southwolds amazing beach and Framlingham’s local pub/hotel called The Crown. The food there was superb. Everywhere was so easy to get to by car and we got to explore quite a lot. Perfect Uk holiday and the weather made it even more special, it was like being abroad. We enjoyed our evening walks along Aldeburgh beach. I really appreciated how everything was left for us on arrival so I made sure I cleaned and left it spotless too. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much,

Fantastic apartment in heart of Whitby, Great views of the river, the boats and “Whitby life”. Apartment was clean, modern with large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. Sitting in the large bay window with the windows open you could happily watch the world go by! Would highly recommended,

A company who only cares about doubling their money and will happily take money off you without a second thought for your circumstances, even when they have not had any financial losses.

It’s ironic their website gives off a people focused and family friendly reputation but when it came down to doubling their income
or refunding someone for a genuine error which does not cost them anything they won’t communicate and just take over a thousand pounds off me and deprive me of an annual family holiday. The only sentence I heard was it’s in the terms and conditions.

I booked a house with this company two months out from an annual family holiday. When I saw further details about the house the next day I saw it wasn’t suitable for a young baby so looked to cancel and made the mistake of not seeing it was non refundable. When I realised it was unable to reverse I messaged them straight away to ask to reinstate my booking.

Three days passed and the only response I got was that they couldn’t do anything and told me it was my mistake.

I asked if I could reinstate the booking but they said that the place had been rebooked. Despite them rebooking it 2 months in advance of the date they still would not offer a refund or a part refund or a credit for further dates. I am now a thousand ponds plus out of pocket and unable to go on holiday with my family.

I hoped that with their people first policy stated on their website that they would have understood the situation and that I was not looking for any financial gain.

Sadly not, just read the t’s and c’s is all they said over and over again and they took my money and the new bookings.

Shocking for a ‘local’ company in the south west. I had used them in the past but will never go near them again.

I like the app so I had all booking information in one place. I was not happy that I wasn't informed about building work going on.

The cottage is in a lovely location and spacious enough for 4 adults and 1 child. We had our dog with us and he enjoyed the open space around the cottage. Some parts of the property are quite dated and could do with a refresh but it is a comfortable place to stay and it was ideal location to visit other places like Scarborough and Robin Hoods Bay
