It is trustworthy, and I recommend it. My account was breached because I did not use a stop loss, and I initially disputed the decision. However, after the team contacted me and reviewed my account, it became clear that the mistake was on my side, as I had not fully complied with the trading rules in place.

Profits Removed Despite Following Every Rule – Arbitrary “Gambling” Accusation
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Hola Prime.
After successfully growing my funded account while strictly respecting all risk management rules, my profits were suddenly removed and my trading was labeled as “gambling” — despite the fact that:
Every trade had a stop loss
I never risked more than 2% per trade
I respected all drawdown limits
The account was never close to blowing
All trades were manually executed
Their justification was that one winning trade generated most of the profits while several smaller trades were losses. But that is completely normal trading behavior. Professional trading is not about winning every trade — it is about controlled losses and letting winners outperform losers. That is literally how risk/reward strategies work.
If this had actually been gambling, the account would most likely have been blown. Instead, I traded with discipline and proper risk management from start to finish.
What concerns me most is that they appear to enforce subjective “consistency expectations” that are nowhere clearly defined in their public rules. If they require minimum trading days, profit consistency rules, or limits on single-trade profit contribution, those conditions should be transparently stated BEFORE traders purchase challenges — not retroactively enforced after profits are made.
I responded professionally to their accusations and asked for clarification and reconsideration. Days later, I still have not received any response whatsoever.
For a prop firm to accuse traders of gambling after fully rule-compliant trading — and then stop responding entirely — raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency.

To clarify, the concern on the account was not simply due to losing trades or because one trade generated a larger profit than the others. Losses are a natural part of trading. However, upon review, the account activity showed that the overall profitability depended almost entirely on a single exceptionally large winning trade, while the remaining trades collectively resulted in losses.
A sustainable trading strategy is generally expected to demonstrate consistency across multiple trades and market conditions. In this case, the account performance was primarily driven by one isolated high-impact trade rather than broader systematic execution. Under our risk framework, this type of activity is classified as gambling-style behaviour rather than structured and sustainable trading.
As per our policy, such activity may result in the account being deemed in breach due to prohibited trading practices. However, instead of terminating the account entirely, the account was rebalanced back to its initial balance.
These measures are applied to maintain fairness, consistency, and the integrity of the platform for all traders. We also acknowledge your concerns regarding the communication delays and appreciate your patience throughout the process.

Please don’t buy any accounts with them, they are really good at marketing but the trading conditions omg are horrible. Random wicks without any news or closing \opening hours. Happened to me thrice. My position was stopped out for 30+pips randomly spiking. I went to discord to complain only to find out it’s happening to everyone. Just steer clear.
UPDATE- I had to threaten the firm to get Amex involved with all the screenshots of all the traders complaining in Discord. They agreed to refund my money.

Guys this is absolutely insane , they initially agreed to process my refund, but the firm wanted me to remove the negative review in order for me to get my money back. Their main concern is the negative review and not the fact that people are being scammed. They are worried about the " reputation " of their firm. Then fix your servers? The customer representative agreed to having technical difficulties with the servers but wouldn't go into to details which is fine. But the fact that i had to suffer so much and this was my experience with them- that does not change the truth. Hola prime team i know you are reading this, why treat your customers so badly? I will not compromise my morals and leave a positive review for others to get scammed.
Guys i have 17 + screenshots of discord channel, people just complaining about the manipulation. One of the user had a stop loss for 1.2% they were slipped out for 3%+ with no news event or market opening/Closing hours.
Keep my Money Hola prime team , for people thinking to buy a challenge with them- run as far as you can.

Please stop trying to save face here, what about the several complaints from all your traders the past 2 weeks on discord? If this was a one off i would have not even bothered making this an issue , it happened again the next day on my CHF/JPY trade which i did ask your team to add to my existing ticket Id, the fact is you guys never bothered. Also its just not me, so many people being manipulated out of their positions, its not goodwill please. Its the fact that your servers are terrible and constantly working against your traders. I can see the exact position on 5%ers servers the price never went there so i don't know what investigation you are talking about. Instead just put some effort into fixing your brokers, terrible trading condition and customer service. How can you ask a customer to take down a negative review to process their refund??? never heard of this lol.
Final Update -
I have gotten confirmation from Amex that they will be returning my money from the scammers, also i cannot reiterate this enough for anyone who is planning to buy a challenge with them, please join their discord channel and head to Forex support , look at the messages from 15th may and the screenshots from all their traders. That would be enough to change your mind.

Such price gaps can arise during periods of reduced market liquidity and may affect execution across brokers and trading firms alike.
As part of our investigation, we compared the price data from multiple brokers and observed that the market experienced a significant movement during the same period. While the size of the wick varied across providers, these differences are attributable to variations in liquidity providers.
Throughout this process, our team remained actively engaged, carefully reviewed all concerns raised, provided detailed explanations regarding the trade execution, and escalated the matter for additional internal assessment. Although our findings confirmed that the execution was consistent with prevailing market conditions, we offered a full refund of the challenge fee as a goodwill gesture and exception to help resolve the matter, but we couldn't reach a mutual agreement.
We remain committed to transparency, fair trading conditions, and addressing trader concerns through proper review and support channels.
