My first order on hobby-genki and they absolutely didn’t disappoint. My package arrived well taken care off AND 3 days after ordering! I will for sure order again.

I am very happy with Hobby-GENKI!
I preordered the new Wingman figure from them a year ago. At first I was pretty skeptical about this, but still gave it a try. And wow, a year after, I received the order and it’s beautiful! Thank you Hobby-GENKI!

I pre ordered two figures in late December. For reference it's Hatsune miku Sourxuan pop up parades.

They never shipped my order to me despite seeing competitors having it in stock and I was just waiting and waiting with Hobbygenki.

They agreed to a refund or credit slip for this bad experience. I initially agreed to a credit slip but they didn't process that, so decided I just wanted my money back with a 5% deduction.

To this present day I still haven't received my money back. They supposedly processed my refund on 26th January and are doing nothing. They ignore my requests and have basically stolen my money. I may have to resort to PayPal at this point.

If you get your order correct with Hobbygenki it's smooth. If they mess up your order, it's some of the worst customer service you'll ever experience.

It's unfortunately made me use competitors more despite their good pricing.

I often order items to Germany. It's always fantastic that everything works so smoothly. Fast express shipping, careful packaging, and everything is always to my complete satisfaction.

I had a figure come with a lower half full of defects. After sending photos of the detailed parts, they sent out an entire lower half of the figure for replacement, for a figure that was no longer even available. Great customer service, thanks!

I purchased a Mafex No.227 Luke Skywalker from H-G almost a year ago and one of the accessories (lightsaber) broke after a fall off the shelf.

Even though the figure was well outside the warranty, H-G got a replacement accessory out of their spare parts bin and shipped it to me in the states. Thank you so much H-G team, you are absolute legends!

Despite the time of delivery, which is expected since I live far away from japan. The experience shopping in hobby genki was great, customer service was also great, I heavily recommend buying here

I've been shopping there for years and they've always been very helpful. They also have a wide variety of items at much better prices than other Japanese import stores. It's one of my favorite stores when it comes to choosing my purchases.
