Very disappointing experience with Hitway. I paid extra for a throttle, but it was not included with my order. To make things worse, I was then told that the BK29 bike apparently does not even support a throttle, despite it being offered as an option when purchasing the bike. That feels very misleading and confusing.

I also had issues with the bike lights and tried contacting customer service multiple times, but they have been completely unresponsive. No proper help, no clear answers, and no urgency to resolve anything.

After spending my money, I expected far better service and honesty. I would not recommend buying from them if you expect reliable support or accurate product options.

I had an earlier model Hitway and liked it - until it got stolen. Last week I bought another upgraded bike on their website. I got the bike, assembled it and despite being of average height and numerous adjustments, I struggled to reach the handlebars and brakes. I asked how to return. They said that I need to ship back the 50kg box and pay all shipping since it's not a quality issue which is over 200 Euros. Not being able to reach the handlebars and brakes seems like it IS a quality issue. Now am unable to find a courier who will ship due to its lithium battery. Scammers.

Firstly I would like to say the communication is really well with this company. Any issues had they reply with in 24hours and sort it all for you.
It was quick delivery and easily assembled.

I bought a electric bike of hitway, they looked after me very well i put my old address and realised what I'd done 2days later ,I got straight on hitway they sorted very fast I got my sons BK35S bike delivered in time for Xmas,
100% recommend Hitway

I bought it 2 months before and the pedal broke , at first I was angry . But the costumer support heard my issue and resolved it pretty easily and quickly. Now the bike is working perfectly

Got the bike and first off pleased with it.after few weeks pedal came loose every 10 mins of riding found considerable damage and they replaced. Then after 3 months the motor started cutting out whilst riding. They since replaced the display and the sensor, still cutting out after 3 months of emails and videos they still haven't resolved the problem and not offered to replace the motor. I think it was a returned bike especially considering the pedal damage so not happy at all

I've had an expensive ebike before and had issues with the service once you've payed for it.not so with hitway... they listened and gave excellent advice for issues I had. The bike is worth more than they ask for it. An absolute bargain for anyone, there are cheaper ones out there but non with the features and quality hitway provide.

Very practical and ergonomic bike, Perfect for short and long ride, comfortable saddle.
Good battery life, housed inside the frame to protect against rain and sun.

I love my bike and is fast enough for me it gets me to where I need to go I call it my baby . The lights are nice and bright it’s a amazing ride

Good customer service, helped me alot. The bike i purchased wasn't good for me but when i needed help with it they helped no problems and sent repalcement item, fast delivery

I bought the Hitway BK15 pro for my son and he is very happy with it. It is a comfortable bike for long distances as well. It is a sporty bike and my son is using it daily and enjoys using it.

I had a padel assist issue ("hall fault"). It took 4-5 days for the back-and-forth communication. But it was a quick fix.

Fast delivery, and good product quality,very satisfied.

I bought a bicycle before. The material is quite good.
