Never got my withdrawal POA from Binance to HitBTC

I am really disappointed because I did such a terrible mistake by choosing HitBTC to trade on 8th November as I withdrem POA from Binance and deposit it on HitBTC. The transaction has gone successfully through Binance without any problems but I've never seen it on my HitBTC account balance.
However, I tried to get in touch with HitBTC support team on 2 different occasions Ticket ID 1383023 and Ticket ID 1381807. They have never getting back to me. I feel I'm scammed.
Hopefully, they will get in touch with me after seeing this review as I don't know what to do

Hello. Sometimes technical maintenance requires additional effort and time. In this case, we need a while longer to complete the work on the DOGE wallet. While withdrawals are closed during maintenance, trading functionality is available at that moment.
Please keep in mind that when you trade on HitBTC, you don't purchase assets directly from the exchange but from other traders who are put up their assets for sale — the maker-taker model. The prices are suggested by the sellers, not by the exchange.

Fake transaction by HitBTC...???

On Friday the 24TH of September I mistakenly ordered to transfer an amount of USDT 5531,25.- from my account on HitBTC to a BTC account on Binance. I Immediately realized this and pressed the “stop” button. The order seemed to have been immediately processed under the transaction hash 4699db7601c6735a7c206da592b34d214c24786697567110ae0d93ac649a9d52, but I didn’t get any crypto amount on Binance (just as little as BTC 0.00000545, equivalent to USDT 0,23.-). I was afraid I would have lost everything because of my mistake. But I asked the Binance support center about this, and they told me that the only amount transacted under the hash HitBTC gave me and confirmed on the blockchain was just USD 355,50.-. Everyone can check this writing the hash on blockchain.com. So I address myself to the HitBTC support center (with several claims: tickets 1367889 on 10/03/21, 1366528 on 09/28/21 and 1365495 on 09/24/21), but they only reply me when I posted here the issue only to say: “Unfortunately, transactions confirmed on the blockchain are not reversible”, which is not true due to the easy verifiable fact that the amount confirmed on the blockchain is only USD 355,50.- while the amount gone out of my HitBTC account and never returned was USDT 5531,25.- HITBTC TOOK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT USDT 5531,25, SENT BUT ONLY USDT 355,50.- AND NEVER RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT THE REST OF IT: USDT 5175,75.- SINCE THEN THEY HAVE BEEN INSISTING IN HAVING TRANSFERRED USDT 5531,25.- WHEN THE BLOCKCHAIN CERTIFIED THAT THE AMOUNT TRANSFERRED WAS JUST USDT 355,50.- I INSIST THEY HAVE KEPT MY MONEY AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO RETURN IT TO MY, THAT WHY IT SEEMS TO ME A FRAUD…

The amount for doge is only about 1/5th of what it actually should be. We bought doge for the traded amount but something is really off on this trading platform.

really bad

really bad, very very high commissions, at the time of writing this post, I intend to sell KIN, in the total web it says 28usd, in the app 32usd, looking at the 2 at the same time, in any exchange it is 50 - 53 usd what happens here ,
thieves . .impossible to know how much it costs to withdraw to a wallet does not work either.

edit:22/10/2021
Explain why in the app it is a price and in the page it is another, this is the market price and what you have does not respect those prices.
The flat rate is a scam, whoever withdraws 50 or 5000 will pay the same, the network fees are not respected, that hitbtc earns something here I also see it normal but what you do is a supposed flat rate not.

Hello. HitBTC withdrawal fees are flat. The rates do not depend on the withdrawal amount, so the fee amount won’t change even if you withdraw a large sum. This system offers our traders significant savings on withdrawal costs. Please note that our trading fees are among the lowest on the market.

Cant give negative stars so I give it…

Cant give negative stars so I give it one. For the past six months DOGE is not able to be withdrawn. When asked the tech support team states it is a technical issue. I have a suspicion they don't have enough DOGE to cover HitBTC's deposits. If you realize this all started happening on the most recent run up and HitBTC probably lost their shirts because they basically sold most of the DOGE coming in prior to the run up. Now that DOGE is actually worth a good deal more and want to withdraw, they have to shut down withdrawals due to HitBTC not having enough to cover the outflows.

I have sent my MYSTERIUM (MYST) Tokens…

I have sent my MYSTERIUM (MYST) Tokens to the HitBTC exchange in December 2020. And I had my MYST tokens old contract. The Mysterium guys didn’t explain at all how to exchange old Myst tokens to the new contract. They just said that the Hitbtc exchange will do it automatically….So I have sent a huge amount of my old Myst tokens to the HitBTC exchange. But it was a very BAD action , because they didn’t accept the old contract MYST tokens. The Mysterium Help Support team said : sorry man , we can’t help you and we don’t know nothing….and they made the proper instructions how to exchange old contract tokens into new one just in April 2021. Any way the HitBTC support Team worked really hard to make impossible and to exchange my old Mysterium tokens that I sent them , into the New contract Myst. And they did it!!! they just somehow exchanged all the old contract tokens, into New ones. They did me a favor, that even the creators of the MYST product couldn’t do! I am so MUCH THANKFUL to the HitBTC support team!!! They are really the best of the BEST!!! And they are the ONLY exchange where you can exchange ALL the tokens are known. Highly RECOMMEND!!!

I do not understood why the people complains.
I make the account about one year ago , a verified my account and then i make a deposit using the debit card(2k euro) to buy some different coins.
I make a withdraw and works very good.(about 8 month ago).
Maybe because i verified my account before make a deposit

Froze my funds, taken forever to do kyc.

Edit: kyc was Completed after 3 days and managed to send my funds. Got a good rate for the tokens I exchanged and luckily I wasn't on an rush. I wish it was more clear in the terms and conditions that your funds could be frozen without completing kyc before depositing any crypto there.

HitBtc promised to participate in XYM airdrop

HitBtc promised to participate in XYM airdrop for XEM holders. They have never distributed XYM and have not answered why or when they will do so for several months. I will never trust or use Hitbtc again.

Update: Finally they distributed after a really long time. I will update it from 1 to 2 stars since the experience was really bad an I could not sell my xym while they had some value.

VEEEERYYY SLOW Tech Support

EDIT: They have finally responded to my requests and accepted the material and details I sent them. I changed the score from 1 to 3 (I'd rather give them a 2.5 but whatever). I was given permission to login. Their site is quite sophisticated, but their response time to queries, and the hoops they made me jump through were just beyond acceptable. All this because I changed phones. I know they want to protect users (I wish Cryptopia had a fraction of their scrutiny), but at some point, security becomes bad user experience.

ORIGINAL: SCAM SITE! If you happen to change the app used to login, they will ask you to send them everything but your first-born to get your account back: passport, picture of yourself in front of the email they sent you, picture of yourself holding the passport, hashes, names of the last coins your held, transactions you last made, etc. It will never be enough, which is the point for them... AVOID AT ALL COST.

BANNED FROM CHINESE EXCHANGES? DON'T USE HITBTC. Withdrawals blocked for weeks now.

Don't rush to hitbtc if you've been banned from using other exchanges! They keep adding new tokens (this week it is PVM) to entice you but then without warning they block withdrawals.

On Oct. 04, a senior software developer experienced in crypto posted the unending delays and tactics used by hitbtc to block access to his account. They just disabled his account and put up non-stop roadblocks as he opened multiple tickets and provided multiple documents.

DOGE withdrawals have been blocked since May 2021 *with no ETA and no explanation*.

In another reddit post, a ticket was opened on April 28, 2021 and they showed OVER TWO DOZEN replies since then from htibtc support indicating nothing more than "sorry, we'll look into it". Thousands of $$$ being scammed away.

Look at Youtube and Reddit for many examples of people who, like me, have lost access to their crypto, likely FOREVER.

Their website shows you can withdraw up to 1 BTC without verification but they are block all withdrawal requests if you do not submit driver's license, passport, personal address, personal phone, and selfie.

On Sept. 23, 2021 someone posted asking about their account because they have been locked out "for years" and have submitted several tickets. Someone else complained that their Captcha hasn't been working "for days".

Be very careful before buying anything on hitbtc.com because you can't predict when they will block withdrawals. They've done it with DOGE, SOL, KAVA and many many others.

Three months ago a Reddit member showed blockchain analysis that indicates that "maintenance" on wallets is a scam and hitbtc is sending DOGE to wallets at Binance.

They have no visible management, no leadership, just minions or bots responding to complaints on Reddit with cut and past replies. This is basically an anonymous entity that hides... the opposite of Binance, Kraken, Coinbase, Gemini and others who have leaders you can see and hear.

In August 2021, I traded into SOL within the HitBTC exchange, they did not warn me at the time that withdrawals were blocked "due to maintenance", which others have complained about. It's been weeks that this supposed maintenance is taking place. When I first checked the system monitor (right after my trade), it was showing that SOL withdrawals were offline since Aug. 07.

In late August, suddenly the Offline Date date changed to Aug. 27, *even though I've never seen withdrawals permitted since Aug. 07. *

The way they do business certainly allows them to segregate your crypto and stake it temporarily for themselves - or outright keep it - while your withdrawals are blocked.

Look at all posts below about other coins! They do the same for other coins too.

Technical Support is just cutting and pasting past excuses - no explanations and no ETA for fixes.

From Sept. 01 to Oct. 04 this is what their system showed: Still under Technical Maintenance, no SOL withdrawals allowed."Offline since : 2021-08-27 16:28"

This Exchange dont even deserve one…

This Exchange dont even deserve one star. They are holding people Dogecoin as hostage and dont allow withdrawal. This thing has been going on for 5 months and they dont give a damn about it. Their response is that they shut down the operation for maintenance which is biggest lie in cryptocurrency world because they allow dogecoin deposit and they buy our doge for cheap and it is clear what they do with it. Other than that there is no way they are doing maintenance for 5 months!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Hello. We totally understand how frustrating it must be to not be able to withdraw your DOGE for such a long period of time.
Sometimes technical maintenance requires additional effort and time. I am sorry to admit that in this case we need a while longer to complete the work on DOGE wallet. I'd also like to pay your attention to the fact, that while withdrawals are closed during the maintenance, trading functionality for your account was and is available at that moment.

HitBTC withdrawal problems

After more than 4 months of being stuck in HitBTC's KYC process and their constant demands for more information I finally managed to withdraw my assets from HitBTC today. Amount in question was $20k+ so not loose change.

I write simply to tell you all there is hope you will get your assets back ... eventually, I didn't hold DOGE though so I can't offer any news there.

I will never use HitBTC again though as I am terrified they could freeze my account again for no reason and put me through hell again.

I rated HitBTC 1 out of 5 because I am not able to give a zero.

I would not advise anyone to use HitBTC as their policy of endless KYC during which your account remains completely frozen is a huge red flag.
