ordered a game weeks in advance didnt get it on day of release wont use again, pointless

Ordered Teminator Resistance Collectors Edition a few months ago, had an email today to say they will not ship to me. They said due to continued issues with shipping to me. Basically items arrived damaged and instead of taking this on board and finding out why they would rather blame me. I now have to order elsewhere a day beofre the game is launched. Absolute joke of a company and I beg, please do not use.

When the company was called Base they were a great company who delivered on time. I really need to look back on my past reviews because a few months ago I had the same problem with my preorder and it didn’t arrive until almost a week later. I preordered Sonic Adventures and I’m still yet to receive the game. The game came out on the 17th Oct, today is the 22nd Oct. Again prices are good but the service I’ve received has been poor and I won’t be using them again.

Always outstanding service and great prices, got to play Zelda Tears Of The Kingdom and Super Mario Wonder the day after their releases, cheaper than most will have paid, because I reordered through HIT as soon as the release dates were known.

Great prices for all games. Only thing that lets them down is when you pre order a game you won’t get on launch day. You have to wait a few days after. It’s happened to me a few times now. So I wouldn’t recommend pre ordering a game.

Recieved my purchase on time. It was well packaged and when i opened it it was inexvellent condition. The price was very good. Would use this seller again.

Ok so normally I would you 5 stars because I think you work really great, products great, customer services is great, and prices are amazing...but...I think you should stop using Royal Mail. I understand it's cause effective, but the pain RM cause in your customers due to its awful system, it's not worth it. So this time, only 3 stars...

Avoid them like the plague! They cancel orders regularly probably using misleading advertised prices on items they know they can't fulfill and will cancel, in order to data mine and get loads of customer email info etc.

Game came early, answered my questions by email really quickly, would highly recommend, will be buying from Hit again

I ordered star wars Jedi Survivor as an upcoming Christmas present.
And these cowboys cancelled it as they don't intend to honour the price.

Won't bother using again.

i got the code for the beta on time. also, the game arrived a day before release date, giving me time to download it.

Easily the best games shop online in my opinion, I always get my physical games from here. The games are always cheaper than any other site, so much so that I honestly don’t know how they can offer these prices. I have ordered a fair few games from here and only once has a pre order not arrived on launch day and I got an apology email but it arrived the day after and tbh for saving £10 plus on new games all the time then I didn’t mind at all as 99% of the time they arrive launch day. 5/5
