Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 7,145 reviews, most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Many customers found the setup process for their products, such as TVs and appliances, to be straightforward and easy to manage. Reviewers often praised the picture quality of televisions, noting vibrant colors and clarity, and some also found the sound quality to be acceptable. Several people highlighted the good value for money and the overall quality of the products, with some even purchasing multiple items. However, some people were dissatisfied with the customer service, describing it as poor, unresponsive, and unhelpful in resolving issues. There were frequent complaints about product malfunctions, such as non-working water dispensers, faulty appliances, and TVs with sound distortion or poor picture from certain angles. Some customers also experienced difficulties with product design, including cluttered home screens, hard-to-read remote controls, and issues with appliance parts failing prematurely. A recurring concern was the performance of fridge freezers during hot weather, with units failing and leading to food spoilage.

Avoid this brand at all costs

Avoid this brand at all costs - front venting oven builds up so much moisture and will drip out of front and ruin your kitchen. Customer service is appalling too. Will never buy again.

I bought a Hisense RS694N4TZE American…

I bought a Hisense RS694N4TZE American fridge freezer and according to what a Hisense represent has told me today the fridge freezer is just not fit for purpose.
I have two issues with this fridge
Issue one the water dispenser takes 50 seconds to fill a pint glass. Which there engineer says is acceptable
Issue two and most serious issue is in this hot weather we are currently experiencing the ice maker stopped working and everything in the freezer started to defrost. Even turning the freezer up to -24 degrees still wouldn’t make ice until the weather cooled down. When the engineer turned up this time the weather had cooled down and it was 24 degrees and the freezer was working even though I showed the engineer the ice lolly’s that had melted and then refrozen I was told it’s working today so there’s nothing he could do. Which I excepted.
But no Hisense are telling me there is no issue with my fridge freezer and they won’t re-attend
I wrote a similar review on Hisense official website for this fridge which has been taken down so I now know that there reviews are false and can’t be trusted as they remove bad reviews
According to what a Hisense representative has told me today these Hisense fridge freezers are not fit for purpose as they are designed to operate in temperatures up to 30 degrees so if you live in a country that the temperature goes over 30 degrees Hisense will take no responsibility for your freezer defrosting which makes there freezers not fit for purpose
What’s really ironic is Hisense are according to them they are proud sponsors of the World Cup which the temperatures are so high that there hydration breaks in every game. Well I hope the water using being cooled in Hisense fridges saying the temperatures are over 30 degrees at most games

Very let down.

Feel totally let down by this brand and their customer care. We have had the washing machine for less than five months, purchased at Curry's, having had our previous machine for FIFTEEN years. On Thursday part of the door seal snapped, flooding the utility room. Hisense response - you must have overloaded the drum, a 12kg drum, it was two sheets being washed! Or we must have washed something with a zip. Just for context, I am a serving soldier, living in barracks accommodation during the week, we have ONE washing machine between 18 rooms at the moment, most of our uniform has a zip, the washing machine at the barracks is at least four years old and has never had the door seal damaged by a zip. Again two sheets were being washed!!! On top of refusing to take responsibility for their tissue paper product, I was quoted £149 by Curry's for repair, this turned into £169 upon being put through to Hisense's third party repair service, Pacifica, so no thank you I've gone with an independent repair company, soon as the finance is up I will be condemning this washing machine to the tip and never using Hisense again in any capacity. Up until this point we were very impressed with the product but this experience has completely soured me on both the product and the brand.

Bought a QLED 50” TV and the clarity and vibrant colours are amazing. Very pleased with my purchase so far after 7 days of viewing. Wimbledon, World Cup, Nations Championship Rugby and US Open Golf all watched in such brilliant clarity.

Dreadful Customer Service

I have just bought a Hisense Frost Free Fridge Freezer with a water dispenser.
Unfortunately the water dispenser will not work.I have tried to remove to see if their is a problem with the nozzle but its jammed and will not come off.
I have emailed Hisense about the problem but no response.I bought the Fridge Freezer from Amazon and they were helpful and gave me a telephone for Hisense.I rang the number but gave up after 15 mins of waiting for my call to be answered.
Very Poor Customer Service from a supposedly leading brand.
So I have a unit with the Water Dispenser not working

Do not buy new hisense tv if you have hearing problems and use a phonak ( or similar) tv connector and want to enjoy tv along with your family. Tried for hours to connect with no joy. Couldnt change audio settings either as we're blanked out.
Either I could get sound through my hearing aids but family could hear it or, visa versa. Finally phoned hisense and was informed that 'The newer models don't have that facility'... seriously! On a new, so called smart TV?
Crazy backward step. It was returned next day. Will try a Samsung or Sony.

Warning: Do NOT buy official Hisense C1 accessories (Factory defects + terrible support). Canceling my C2 upgrade.

I bought my Hisense C1 in late January and absolutely loved the supreme quality—honestly, it beats a lot of American brands at that price point. I was so impressed that I was fully planning to buy the new C2 to upgrade my setup.

However, I just bought the official C1 floor stand and carrying bag, and the quality control is a joke.

1. The Stand: It has a massive factory defect. The retractable rod has NO threading at the top for the gimbal. Instead, the factory machined the threading at the bottom (upside down), exactly where the plastic securing clips go. It is physically impossible to assemble.
2. The Bag: It feels incredibly cheap. The projector totally sinks into it with tons of empty space left over. Honestly, an insulated lunch box bag would be a better fit than this official accessory.

The Worst Part - Customer Service: I contacted Hisense support on June 26 with detailed pictures of the upside-down threading. They ignored me for weeks. Finally, they replied with a generic template calling this blatant factory machining error a "delivery incident" and told me to take it up with the store, taking zero responsibility.

A metal rod manufactured upside down is NOT a shipping issue. Because of this ridiculous customer service and total lack of quality control, I am completely canceling my plans to buy the C2. Attached are the pics of the upside-down threads, the lunchbox bag, and the hilarious email from support. Buyer beware!

Dangerous product and horrendous customer service

Bought a Hisense cooker within 3 months of delivery there was a major malfunction. Engineer came out and a major componant had to be replaced took 6-8 weeks to get part and have it fixed. Another 3 months goes again, another repair another 4 weeks to be fixed, 5 months later another major fault with oven turning itself on and off repeated even while dials are off. Yet again another major repair another 6 weeks without a cooker. Engineer literally stated it was ridiculous and should have been replace. Speak to trading standards they tell me to speak to supplier if it happens again. Sure enough fault reoccurs supplier asks for an uplift number from Hisense so it can be replaced due to how dangerous the faults are- Hisense refuse and say they will come back out to fix it!!! Again no cooker paid almost £800 for a cooker that is seriously dangerous from a company that refuses to allow me a replacement despite consumer laws giving me that right!!!! Never buy a hisense product the company are a disgrace

Bought 50 inch Hisense 50U7QTUK from Amazon. Easy to set up with clear instructions Very clear picture and luxury compared to my previous 10 year old lcd tv. The software works well and freely built in means you don’t need subscription TV. All the apps are there too. The sound is good quality too no need for a soundbar. I connected my tv aerial and tuned the freeview channels but can’t understand how they fit in with freely. Can’t see a separate freeview guide. I can’t pause live TV but have managed to record onto usb.Im glad I chose this TV and sure when I need another it will be Hisense.

Refused warranty claim on 5 month old washing machine!

I purchased a washing machine 5 months ago and the plastic around the door snapped on the inside corner next to the hinge. Hisense have refused to cover this under the manufacturers warranty which should cover all parts for defects. They are claiming it must have been caused by impact damage or mishandling, which has not occured. They've not even sent anyone out to inspect the machine. Would avoid Hisense appliances!
