Ordered 2 months ago and it hasn’t been delivered yet. I have followed up constantly with very slow response. Such a bad experience with a vendor. I just hope that they will eventually provide the refund.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with **HIP ORGNL**. I placed an order **two weeks ago**, and their website clearly states delivery **within a day**—but I still haven't received my item.
I reached out **last week**, and they assured me it would be shipped **this week**, but here I am, still waiting. Poor communication and unmet promises make this even more frustrating. If they can't deliver as advertised, they should at least be honest about it. **I would not recommend ordering from them!**

Great service. I bought a present for my parents, unfortunately the work was damaged. In few days a new painting was delivered and the damaged item has been picked up. Next time I will 100% visit your website you for another present or styling item ;-)

Great Company - Great Service.
2 years after we bought a wall decoration from them, it fell down.
I sent them an email.
And without pardon, the circle was exchanged; we received a heavier mounting system, and all completely free of charge.
Great products and very correct service.
You don't often find that anymore!
