The machine we hired from Hilotherm was used to reduce the pain and swelling after a knee replacement. The machine has significantly improved the recovery of my mom who is 84 and helped her take less pain medication. The company were brilliant when we contacted them. Great customer service and clear communication to hire the machine. Would definitely recommend this company and their equipment.

Amazing device. Ordered following facial surgery, after recommendation by the surgeon. The swelling reduced within couple of hours of use & wound healing was amazing. Customer service was second to none. Would highly recommend both the device & the company.

Fantastic. Ordered for 2 weeks for my grandson to help after double jaw surgery. Unfortunately the operation was postponed for two weeks but Hilotherm were happy to postpone delivery. So easy to order. Delivery and collection very efficient. The mask was easy to use and helped to reduce pain and swelling so recovery has been quicker than expected. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Very convenient as it was delivered and collected from our door. The device can be used continuously for long periods even overnight as opposed to ice. It was perfect for my knee surgery. Could do with a connecting tube so that two knees can be treated at the same time. The hospital also used a hilotherm but it was larger,, quieter and could cool both knees simultaneously.

Truly excellent option if, like me, you’re wanting a quick recovery from knee replacement. Very easy to book precise rental period and any extension (I opted to add an extra 2 weeks onto my original 2 at a cost of £100) which I think was invaluable. Maxine is very easy to operate and not so cold that it’s uncomfortable and therefore can be used as often as you like. They arrange collection which is also really helpful and easy. Thoroughly recommended.

We hired a unit from Hilotherm and it was a really easy process.
The unit arrived on the day requested with regular updates on delivery times.
Inside the box was really helpful instructions on how to set up the unit and use it.
Returning it was just as fuss free as the delivery.
Within 24 hours I had a confirmation that the holding deposit had been returned.
We used this after jaw surgery as it was recommended by the surgeon and it certainly helped to reduce the swelling.
Would highly recommend this company

The product is fabulous, without my daughters recovery would not have been as well.

My wife had two knee replacements and she had the HiloTherm Machines on her knees whilst at Spire Hospital in Cardiff.
We were so impressed we hired two machines when she came out of hospital and it has certainly aided the healing and reduced the bruising to both knees. We would recommend these machines to anyone having similar surgery.

Had major surgery to my jaw, hospital recommend Hilotherm machine to use at home and I can only say thank you. Super efficient customer service, speedy delivery, clear instructions and it has helped massively my recovery.

We rented a device for delivery the day we got home following jaw surgery. The device and mask worked perfectly, easy to set up and portable so able to move between rooms once the individual was well enough. Does give out some heat when running but not an issue. Reduced swelling and pain and would certainly use again.

My son had surgery on both jaws and the Hilotherm cuff really helped in reducing the swelling and pain, post op.

My daughter recently had jaw surgery and renting a Hilotherm water cooler for use with her hospital supplied face mask made a massive difference to her, swelling and bruising kept to a minimum.

Service for Hilotherm was great, device delivered and collected as advised, well packaged and with clear usage instructions.

Furthermore on two occasions, due to surgery cancellations we had to cancel previous hire bookings, but on each occasion Hilotherm immediately refunded the booking as soon as I contacted them. Great service all round.

Can only say it was amazing .. the swelling went down so quickly, bruising came out but then slowly went .

There may be other people that offer the same cooling products as Hilotherm. I'll never know, as I would never go anywhere else having now used them. These guys have been super helpful, customer service has been exemplary, and I would recommend to anyone who needs these services. Thank you for being such a wonderful company to deal with. Neil

The Hilotherm cooler was fantastic I would highly recommend this for people who have jaw surgery. Well worth the money.

The machine arrived when they said it would, it was spotlessly clean and instructions for use were easy to follow. It was easy to extend the rental of the machine. The machine was collected when they said it would be.
The machine itself really helped in my recovery from a partial knee replacement. It was quiet, comfortable and easy to use.

The device was recommended by a friend who had knee surgery .
I am glad I followed his advice and rented the device for 6 weeks.
The recovery process although painfully slow( literally!)was I am sure accelerated by regular use of the machine.
