I would like to give no stars but it does not allow that option. We purchased two of the Petootsy training collars for our two small dogs. This product does nothing to prevent them from barking. Tried all setting and sounds and none of them stopped them. Tried to get a refund but its two weeks past the 30 days refund period so we are out $170.00. Waste of money. Poor return policy.

Here is the exact text received from Hilipert after my request for a refund. It is absolutely ridiculous. I regret buying from this company. Now, I'm stuck with a useless piece of expensive garbage.

We are glad you got the item but sincerely sorry for the problem.

According to our Return & Exchange Policy, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of package reception and if the products are in new, unused condition with the original packaging.

If you want to send the order back for exchange or refund, the return shipping fee needs to be afforded by yourself.

Considering the high shipping fee to return it all the way back to our warehouse (about return shipping fee is $50-$80), will it be possible to offer a $8.00

Please don't buy from this company. The website pictures are a complete lie. The heated vest I paid £70 for arrived from China unbranded and such poor quality. When plugged in the pockets warmed a bit at the highest setting but nowhere else.
Rubbish. I have to cross reference with ToastyBody. The goods arrive in the same packaging and are of very poor quality. They may be one and the same. Beware.

Purchased heated socks and additional battery packs. The claims on the website were false - not waterproof, only one heat setting (not three as advertised), no instructions for washing as the website claimed - in fact, nothing but the socks and battery packs that didn’t close. The socks were poor quality, with the wire path was under the foot on one sock, and alongside on the other. It says they are stretchy for any foot size - but they were huge and the heels were well past my average size feet.

I tried to email, but it didn’t go through.

I purchased two “indestructible “ toys for dogs. Cute toys but within 5 minutes, my dogs destroyed them. I wrote the company only to be refunded half price. Do not buy from this company. They are robbers with false advertising.

Very misleading website. "No questions asked" returns. Sure, but you have to ship back to China at your own expense.

Do not purchase from this company! Not worth it.

I bought an item from Shereart. Very deceptive. I paid 45.00 for art work. All is was was seaglass the size of a pea glued on a postcard not and actual drift wood. I went to return the item. See return policy below. Estimate is cost to ship it back is $50.00. They offered a $8.00 credit. STAY AWAY!

Supposed to be a small aircon. Just a useless fan.

complete no name heated vest arrived, completely the wrong size, needs a powerbank (not stated on the website) and just looks like a piece of rubbish to me.

Ordered the heated vest AND power pack. Received jacket-2 sizes too small from what I ordered and have still not received the power pack. Customer service says fee for return on me and if it doesn’t get there, they still keep my money. It was their mistake! Dishonorable company! Go to Amazon-at least they honor returns. DO NOT buy from this company!

I ordered some heated socks, only one of them worked, and I received a $15 refund. They're based in China and returns are extremely difficult. I won't be using them again.

Useless little desktop fans providing no effect than warm air in very small stream/ airflow centre.
Could have bought same small fan on other sites for $10.00 with better effect

I purchased a heated vest on 12/1/2024, and today, 12/21/2024, I still have not received it. Tracking info says it’s been sitting in a facility in New Jersey since 12/2. I’ve been in touch with customer support, but so far they have not come through for me. They’re blaming the carrier, but the responsibility lies with the seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR ITEM.

It’s a scam. Stay well away from this company, they’re based in China, sell broken goods and returns are almost 50 Euros. Even involving Paypal was useless.

This company is fraudulent. Do not buy from them. I bought the heated gloves and they did not work at all. Their scheme is that it costs too much to send back to China and they will offer you $8.00.

I ordered before I read reviews and the product hasn't shipped! Ordered over a week ago and it still hasn't shipped!!! I have emailed twice asking them to ship and inquiring about the hold up..

DO NOT BUY. Terrible quality. Doesn’t work. And took nearly 2 months to receive it.

I bought 3 portable airconditioners online from Hilipert for about $200. When they got here I found they are absolute rubbish. I have contacted Hilipert for a refund, but my hopes are very low. How can a company blatantly scam people like this. They must be put out of business. These were meant as Christmas gifts but are not anywhere near adequate. I now have to go and buy more portable fans. Give me my money back Hilipert. You are thieves.
