Greeted well on arrival. Meet two assistants who were great in showing me how to set Bluetooth up heating aids. They explained and tested which was very much appreciated. Also got new tubing fixed in another area and again the assistant was so helpful. Lived the whole experience today. Thank you. Jen Fewell

Really helpful service. My husband was able to trial an expensive piece of equipment paired to his hearing aid before deciding whether it would help him. This was so re-assuring. They also give you 28 days to return purchases for a full refund. The staff are lovely, and very understanding of the difficulties involved with deafness.

I’ve been using HiKent for chancing filters & collecting batteries for a number of years & always found staff very friendly & helpful. Last week M’stone Audiology upgraded me to BlueTooth and I was delighted ☺️ My grandson uploaded the app for me, but I needed some additional help & popped in early today. Once again I was blessed by friendly, efficient & patient help. A BIG THANK YOU TO MARY, JO & CAROLINE for your incredible support &patiently helping me to understand how my hearing aids function. I also have a follow-up appointment booked with Mark for further help. THANK YOU for “being there” for us. Keep up the good work 🥰🕊Tersia

As a society, we need more people like Zoe and her colleagues. It has humbled me and restored my faith in people knowing that there is people out there who selflessly serve others thank you. Matt.

I have been an attendee at Hi Kent clinics for many years- both for advice on how to maintain my hearing aids and to collect new batteries. They have also helped with retubing my hearing aids. Their local clinics are invaluable for people (especially the elderly) who are struggling with hearing loss.

All the staff are helpful, I recently spoke about a problem with condensation in the tubing. The gentleman that day gave me some Teflon type tubing to try which I had never seen before. So kind and helpful.

I visited HiKent in Canterbury early feb to get advice re being able to listen to my TV without disturbing my neighbour. The reception team were very welcoming, helpful & knowledgeable about a variety of aids that could help & arranged an appt with the service manager for me to try out several pieces of equipment before I decided which suited me best. Having listened carefully to my specific needs the team also put me in touch with Kent fire services for additional help re fire safety modifications at home & made me aware of the facilities at my local cinema that means i can once again enjoy going to the cinema after many years of absence. There are also many more ways in which they can help.

Took my Mum along, who is disabled. The member of staff made sure Mum was okay. Everything was explained from the start of treatment to the end. It was a painless process. Definitely recommend this company.

This morning I attended Hi Kent H.Q. In Maidstone where Caroline, together with another colleague unsuccessfully tried to solve my problem.
Although she very patiently spent over an hour trying to solve the technical problem, they finally confirmed it was the microphone in my mobile that was the problem and not the phone.
I cannot fault her patience, knowledge and understanding of my frustration, and am very happy to give the appointment five stars for effort, and “know-how.

Hello, I run a small social group in Sevenoaks, which Hi Kent helped me to set up 18 months ago (May 2024 to be precise). It has been a pleasure to work with my new friends at Hi Kent. They have been supportive all along. I am effectively a volunteer, but would encourage anyone in Kent to follow our experience and set up a social group if there isn't one in your area. It has been a very rewarding experience. Warm wishes to you all. J-P Darque

I dropped in to the centre in Canterbury without an appointment, but with a long list of questions about hearing aids and about living with hearing loss. Jon was very patient and took trouble to answer each question with thought, and with very clear explanations. This is a brilliant service, and meets a real need - I just wish I'd known about it sooner!

What a consummate professional Zoe, audiologist, is!
Phoning in near desperation with totally blocked ears and tinnitus, she made space in the diary for me within a couple of hours, reassured me and sorted the wax problem with pretty deft microsuction.
What an absolute relief that was!
I highly recommend this service at HI Kent.

Zoe is friendly and very knowledable. She suctioned my ears of their wax today...she kept me very informed and it was a smooth and successful procedure. She got the job done without any sense of rushing me.
I will recommend to others.
