That's a drop shopper. No not base in NL. You will get order after a month from CHINA. Really bad quality, no lable.
You want to reach them by phone? They do not pick up (voice mail 24/7), address in Amsterdam is not existing any more, purely email contact..
AVOID other wise you will lose you money!
Don’t be fooled by the very Dutch looking site and the fact that it’s an Amsterdam registered company. I’m just guessing that’s just on paper as everything comes from their warehouse in China. I waited a month for the dress to arrive and the quality is really poor for the price. I have been in contact for return and whilst the emails are very polite ( but clearly set format) it looks like delay tactics as like other people have said, they have offered discount to keep, wanting to know why…. But so far no return address!
Update: after multiple emails- twice offering discount, asking for a photo of the article, asking for detailed reason they have gone quiet. I had said I would not post to China only NL. Luckily I had not paid so didn’t lose anything but otherwise I would be out of pocket!
SCAM.
I ordered a leather jacket and a leather bag. Both products arrived after a month, shipped from China. The items had no label or warranty proving they were leather. The jacket was missing pockets and other features shown in the product images on the website. Both items smelled really bad (cheap plastic).
The jacket costed €60 and the bag €40. To return them to China, I now have to pay €30 in shipping fees.
Total scammers. They will steal your money and send cheap plastic clothes. I will be filing a complaint with the consumer authorities (ACM).
Anyone can write a Trustpilot review. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active.
