Fast delivery and convenient whilst having competitive prices. My goods arrived very well packed and as described.
Although I still like to get to the physical shops when I can, being disabled often makes it difficult. eshops such as High Street TV are a great help.
Great product, too. Bought it back in April 2026 giving me plenty of time to use it before reviewing. Easy to use, even for me and built well enough to take a bit of knocking about.
Both products and High Street Tv highly recommended.

Godd company to deal with...
I called a few times and it's great that you can contact customer care ina number of ways. I call taker was unhelpful but on the two other occasions they were helpful.
Purchasing products was easy and used discount code.
Delivery was swift and efficient.

I ordered an item, then after I realised there was a line missing on my address. I mailed High Street to tell them about my error, as it would be easy to locate my property. Very quickly I got a reply to inform me my address had been corrected for deliver and a few days later my item arrived. Very impressed with the quality of service &the product

My order was sent to Evri
My order was sent to Evri, who stole/lost it, so i asked for it to be sent again by a different, reputable courier and was told it would be DPD and delivered within 48 hours. It was then sent again with the worst courier, Evri/Hermes. They are cheap for a very good reason. They lose, steal or dump the parcels in full view of anyone passing to take.

Excellent customer service
The lawn barber arrived quickly. But sadly it wasn't fit for purpose for a 74yr old lady with arthritis.
I got loads of help getting it returned and the refund arrived very quickly. Excellent customer service.

I bought a Jet Hawk Pressure Washer back in February. It has performed entirely satisfactorily up until this afternoon, when I went to re-charge the batteries and found the charger had failed. I sent an email to Customer Services at 15:55 enquiring if I could get an exchange charger. I received a reply from Luke at 16:59 saying he would send a replacement charger on express service.

When the order came one tall cup was missing and had to send mesto get it sorted and I received the missing cup .I would say your customer service or packaging team are no good at what they do. Lawn Barber. Fast Delivery, good product for the price, Only grumble is the blades snap quite easily.
Had a couple of issue's with the product when it first arrived, contacted customer care team they sorted my issues out without any messing about, Luke & John. Were the staff I delt with on customer care they were brilliant thank you.

I would give zero if I could
I would give zero if I could. Purchased a juicer under order NBUK270230 on 24/05/2026 for next day delivery and it’s now 17th June I still haven’t received my item or a refund. I emailed them asking for a refund but they haven’t provided the refund I can’t believe how unprofessional this shop is. I would avoid at all costs!!!

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service , bought 4 fans 1that did not work , phoned customer service who were so apologetic & helpful took me through the return process , as soon as they received confirmation fan was been returned ( same day ) a new fan was delivered the next day definitely 5 stars to them .

Since posting my review on the mix up on delivery from High Street I have had a response from the company.
The upshot is that I have spoken to Ms Gidley and she has gone above AND beyond to rectify the issues between us.
I really have had my faith in High Street Shopping restored as it seems to be a totally customer focussed organisation who go the extra mile
