Showing delievered when not

Have emailed sent a contact us form and a message on messenger to no reply order didnt arrive and clearly no one care to reply back to myself regarding this actual shocking company

one order but two payments taken

I made one order but two payments was taken from my bank and I only received one order I tried contacting them about the matter they got back to me and said they will look into it now two weeks later I've finally got hold of someone and I have still not received my money back but apparently they have issued it they did say if i have not received it in the next 5 days to call them back and they will deal with it personally there and then but still such poor customer service to make me wait so long and lack of communication it makes me hesitant to buy of them again its a shame as the product is good to be honest
