This company is hard work
This company is hard work. I'm on my 2nd rewrite due to out of stock products (that's my 3rd attempted prescription). They have had my latest prescription for 4 days already and now want to charge me for a split delivery as one of my two products needs to be ordered. I was told i didn't pay the split delivery fee when i did, but i paid at 9pm so i missed the 6pm closure cut off, adding yet another days delay to my order. The are not exactly bending over backwards to put the patient experience first. Given the delays and multiple rewrites - you may have thought they would waive the split delivery fee and just send me my meds asap. You cannot call and speak directly anymore, rather a receptionist takes your details and tells you someone will call back. They do call back but it's inconvenient as you are then just left tied to your phone waiting. I've been trying for 2-3 weeks now to obtain my prescription. Very fed up!!

Dodgy scam like behavior
Has really gone down now you cant just phone to pay for meds a random number will call and ask for your card details Integro deny they have been told about this but the last three orders i have had to hand over my card details to a random number and a random person.
my order of the 31st march 2026 has never arrived was never even sent i called to be told they would call back
nobody called back
integro said they would chase my order and then never emailed me back this is starting to feel more & more like a scam with dodgy links & apps that dont work random folks asking for your credit card numbers & zero support from ips or integro when your order goes missing
Sat for over two hours on the phone…
Sat for over two hours on the phone today was assured my prescription would be here today and nothing my post has been another two hours siting on the phone . They blame integro for systems shutting down at weekend but we are now on Tuesday I am furious £150 order disgusting also been charged for postage for first prescription and told to contact integro am done with this
Reliable pharmacy
Had a few orders from them, they're one of my top choices if something is available at multiple pharmacies, IPS is always fast.
I had a case where something was seemingly in stock but it wasn't which added 3 days to my order but that's about all the complaints I can have.
Efficient
I have had a few hiccups, but mostly due to 3rd party logistics. I have been very satisfied with the service I have received from IPS. A very efficient operation.

Issues Resolved
I did have some issues between Integro and IPS Pharmacy due to confusion by the clinic on the expiry date being too soon but after a few phone calls to help the team understand the issue they got it resolved. Amena has been supportive throughout and understanding. She’s an asset to the business.
Completely Failed to Comply with Subject Access Request
I submitted a comprehensive Subject Access Request under Article 15 of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 to IPS Pharma on 21st December.
What I requested:
∙ All prescriptions received, processed, queried, amended, rejected, or dispensed
∙ Copies of prescription documents and associated metadata
∙ Internal notes, annotations, flags, or comments
∙ All correspondence (email, portal messages, internal communications)
∙ Records of errors, discrepancies, corrections, or clarifications
∙ Logs showing receipt dates, processing dates, and actions taken
∙ Any data shared with or received from prescribing clinics
∙ Data from electronic systems, email, logs, backups, and archives
What they provided:
One delivery note from October 2024.
Then they asked Cannabis Clinic Cardiff to provide the prescription - effectively outsourcing their legal obligation back to the clinic I’m in dispute with.
This is not compliance with a Subject Access Request.
A SAR requires the data controller to provide ALL personal data they hold. IPS Pharmacy processed my prescriptions for three months. They must hold:
∙ Prescription receipt records
∙ Processing logs
∙ Internal communications
∙ System metadata
∙ Correspondence with the clinic
∙ Any queries, flags, or notes about my prescriptions
None of this was provided. One delivery note and a request to a third party is not a SAR response.
After being abruptly discharged by Cannabis Clinic Cardiff without taper in December (following prescription chaos, a data breach on 9 November that was never properly investigated, and three months of ongoing errors), I need complete records to document what happened.
IPS Pharma’s inadequate response makes this impossible.
Either they genuinely don’t understand their legal obligations under GDPR, or they’re deliberately providing minimal information hoping I’ll go away.
Neither is acceptable.
For a pharmacy dispensing controlled substances, this level of record-keeping and data protection compliance is concerning.
Do not recommend.
Best pharmacy, hands down!
Really shocked to see negative reviews. I have been using this pharmacy for at leat a year. I have never had a bad experience. They have been amazingly good, right from the very beginning. Always professional, always really helpful and informative. Completely different from all my horrible experiences with other, in-house pharmacies (curathief, cedarwood, dg, montu). They are so quick, I get my bill within a few hours of them receiving my presc., and they are fast to order and post. Always keep me informed. Really the best I have had, by a mile. The best formulary. They tell you when meds are low in stock, when they need to be ordered in, they reduce to price of meds near their expiry date. Cannot recommend enough.
