Solar panels from Eon…
The solar panel installation was well coordinated (Eon next) and so far seems to be working well but rather lacking in documentation for a multi-thousand pound system. All workers friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t export yet due to delay on DNO certification. Four weeks and waiting.

Good communication and explanation when exploring our installer choice , had good reviews on line, good communication through the process. A big process removing existing heating system boiler rads etc with minimal effect on us. Pleased with our choice.

Everyone was helpful
Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and polite. The installation people were great. Installers were great.
All working well. Just changed our energy supplier because of the great service by Octopus. Recommended. Also price was highly competitive.

They delivered the 'package' of work well.
They delivered the 'package' of work most efficiently and with as little disruption to the house as possible. All members of the team were pleasant and polite and they cleared up after themselves very well.
