Smooth and excellent fit

Hickies make it so easy to put on the shoes (no lacing) and you can easily decide on a loose or tight fit

Easy to match color choices and order, I have Hickies on all my shoes.

Insanely badly crafted product

Insanely badly crafted product. To quote Argentinian polymath Alejandro Dolina "they are half-way invented" (as in their creators stopped short of fully actually inventing the product). Every other "no-tie" laces offers a set with different length ties because that's how our feet and most shoelacing system are like: closer near the toes, and growing wider as you approach the ankle. Having one single size of ties means the ones near the toes are going to be loose and useless, a few around the middle of the instep may fit right, but those closer to the ankle are going to be excruciatingly tight, and so useless in their own manner. I can't believe these people still market this rubbish. It appears they've never actually looked at a foot before inventing this (or, at the very least, they've never even tried their own product.)

Take the money and send the email but…

Take the money and send the email but not the product. Refuse to answer emails. And refuse to respond on social media. Pretty much contractually sanctioned theft when they take the money and don’t deliver. Utterly absolutely awful. 😡

Don't buy from Hickies

I wouldn't even know how good the product is as I haven't received it! I placed an order on the 7th of January 2019 only to have to chase up a week later and be told that the transaction never went through. After having to contact my bank and provide a letter with the transaction authority number on it and a million emails later I still haven't recieved the order.

Product is a waste of cash

Product is a waste of cash. Great idea but poorly executed. Website claims one size fits all. Using these on a UK size 8 feels like having you foot squeezed in a vice. Not sure what the market is for these if they are not designed to feet a smallish size adult foot. They were very expensive for what they are and a complete waste of money in that they are unusable.

Do not waste your money

Do not waste your money. I paid £17 including delivery on 11/01/2018. Sent an email on 23/01/2018 asking where my order is. This would be 12 days after my order was placed. I received an email back stating order was lost in the system and they will send it out free of charge? WHAT? FREE OF CHARGE? do they mean SEND ME OUT WHAT I ORDERED IN THE 1ST PLACE? What a joke. Then had to wait another week to receive the product. Marketing is 10/10, customer service is 0/10, product is at a push 4/10. Seriously, do not bother. Save your money. Sorry Hickies, you need to alter your business priorities, stop wasting your money on the fancy marketing and emails, invest in customer service and logistics. Marketing will get you the customers, bad customer service and logistics will bankrupt your business.

Waste of money

This is one of the worst internet site ever. The take you money, but forget to send the product. I have been waiting for over 40 days for at pair of laces, but they dont care. Buy you laces somewhere else if you dont want to loose money. They dont answer by mail.
