It looks like the issue may have been that your review was submitted under an email that doesn’t match the one used for your order. Unfortunately, our system can only verify reviews from the same email associated with a purchase, to prevent publishing feedback from spam etc.
Additionally, the post-holiday season is our busiest time, and while we strive to resolve all customer inquiries quickly, our response times may be slightly longer between October and January (it’s tough competing with Amazon’s speed!). That said, we see that our team did respond to your request and offered an exchange, but the item had already been gifted by that time.
