An ok product, awful service

We ordered a washstand in driftwood effect some weeks ago and were more than happy to wait for the handbuilt product. All was good and on the 20/12/2024 we received an email from Jade to say they were going to make the delivery on 23/12/2024 between 12-2pm.
The delivery arrived at 23.15pm some 11-12 hours late with no updates, despite voice messages and emails being sent to them.
The product itself is satisfactory but not outstanding but I would be very reluctant to use this company again or recommend to anyone else. Maybe it was a one off but no follow up or attempt to make contact from the company nearly a week later sums it up for me. Think twice before spending your hard earned money with Hell Interiors.

Poor customer service

We ordered a table 18/08/22 and spoke to Heyl who were very helpful, but we since have emailed them and phoned them but cannot get any response as to when it will be made or delivered. It was promised in about 8 weeks so would have thought we should have had a delivery date by now.

I’ve now ordered a dining table and looking forward to this too!
