UPDATE: System errors and software glitches cost me over €75.00 – Support refuses to payout €81.17I am updating my previous review because the support team (Ella Grace) has completely evaded their responsibility by blaming their "external partner" for a clear tracking failure caused by their own broken software.I have strictly completed four different offers and provided the support team with 27 detailed screenshots as irrefutable proof. I have spent over €75.00 of my own money across these four apps based on the binding promotional conditions displayed in the Hey Cash app.They refuse to pay out a total of €81.17 that I legally earned:Gangsta Casino & AFK Spins (€33.93 each): Deposited and wagered my funds, but tracking glitched due to a severe app conflict where opening AFK Spins automatically forces open Gangsta Casino instead.Yarn Loop (€0.871): System glitched at Level 200 with a red exclamation mark, despite previous levels tracking perfectly.Test Aankoop (€12.441): All three steps show green checkmarks in my dashboard. Because of this offer, I am now locked into a Test Aankoop membership that will cost me €131.90 for the first year, yet Hey Cash refuses to pay out the promised reward.Additionally, their SMS verification system completely fails to send codes to Belgium, making it impossible to verify my phone number.Despite my dashboard showing green checkmarks and the status "Voltooid" (Completed), they refuse to pay out, shifting the financial risk and massive subscription losses onto the consumer. I am now escalating this case as a formal report for misleading trade practices to the Belgian Economic Authorities (FOD Economie).

The casino officially confirmed that my deposit was processed, and I have already sent all the payment proofs to HeyCash support. They are great…well not so much anymore.
They are great! Plenty of games and things to do! The surveys are of a good variety of differing categories, times and payment. I had a big payout for doing a game fast that went through in the 7 days which I’ll be honest I was worried about. I’ve tried lots of apps and this is definitely one of my top ones I’ve tried and stuck with! I’d definitely recommend it!
Well, now I’m not getting credit for games and all my surveys disappeared so now I know what that means. I’d change my recommendation and say stay away. Not sure how I was going good and then boom nothing. They’ll say I broke the terms or something but I didn’t. Well it was good while it lasted
