Non existent customer service
I ordered around £15 worth of Candy, my computer auto corrected the address, I contacted them immediately after the order to change the address, I heard nothing back other than it was out for delivery. I never received my order, I emailed customer services again because there is no contact number and I still have had zero response other than another "rate our service", I'm sure the candy would have been great but the customer service is poor to non existent.

Hi I have been a new customer from the 2nd of September and I have purchased 4 bags of sweets. I have paid 6 something for 24 delivery and still have not received my order. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication. I have tried to contact hey candy and because I did want to cancel my order because I need the candy for a birthday party but then they cancel it but then later they called me telling me that the birthday party was back on so I deleted the massage

Just to clarify the 24 Hour Delivery is from when your order is dispatched. Any orders placed after 12 Noon, are dispatched the following day and customers can expect the delivery the day following dispatch. Looking at your order, it follows this structure.

These sweets are absolutely amazing after trying some out of a vending machine in Peterborough, I then decided to do an online order where the kids could choose their own pick and mix . We then couldn’t wait for them to arrive and they did very promptly, and well packaged so will order again as these sweets aren’t going to last long.
