Excellent company and amazing customer service, I bought a pendant chain in the wrong length, emailed and they said return the chain and the will exchange no messing, I would recommend this company as the customer service is top notch.

I ordered a silver locket yesterday and asked for engraving on the front. I spoke to a charming woman who was very kind as I felt quite emotional. The locket arrived today and exceeds my expectations. I would totally recommend this jewellers

I've just received a bracelet from them and am really impressed with the quality. After ordering one from another brand for around the same price, it looked very cheap in person, so I returned it. This one from Hersey certainly doesn't look cheap and looks great quality. I came across the brand by luck but will definitely consider using them again for other items in future. Top experience!

Very odd experience. I requested two initials be engraved on the inside of a cuff bracelet. They said they were "unable" to do it (even though they offer an engraving service for this item and the photos on their website depict engraving on the inside of the bracelet).

Ordered a couple of silver pepper & salt mills. Realized I made a mistake regarding engraving, called them and got lovely friendly help, just the way a great small shop of the old days solved things. Super fast delivery to Sweden and a lovely product. Couldn't recommend more.

Absolutely worst experience ordering from here. My item said it would take 3-5 days and after 10 days I contacted the seller as it hasn’t arrived, was told there was postal stiles to allow up to 15 days, after 15 days still not arrived. There customer service women was so rude and unhelpful and didn’t offer any assistance in finding out where my order was. When I requested a refund I was told 7 days max and it wasn’t refunded in 7 days. DO NOT SHOP HERE. horrible experience

Having looked and looked for quality cufflinks at a reasonable price for our son's 30th we phoned H&S. A great first impression because we got straight through to a human being rather than a recording! The lady we spoke to, Eriana, could not have been more helpful. We came off the phone feeling thoroughly assured taht we had found the right company. The seal matters, within 10 mins we had received a mock up photo of what the product would look like with the engraving that we chose. We were warned that the order could take up to 10days. Imagine our delight when we recived the cufflinks after only two days. And they are SUPERB! I would have no hesitation recommending Hersey to anyone looking for quality silver products. Thank you!
