This is my first time purchasing from Hersey & Son and it has been a complete joy! I dealt with Eraina who was brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to help me. I got my ring size wrong and she sorted it out without any hassle whatsoever incredibly quickly and efficiently. The quality of the jewellery is off the charts excellent, just beautiful! I very much hope to buy from them again and I would highly recommend purchasing from them, the customer service is exemplary.

I’ve ordered from them a few times in the past and just placed another order this week.
The engraved item arrived within 48 hours.
Their products are of a high quality.
I wanted to ask them something so I called them and they were very helpful.

I ordered a cuff bracelet for a 21st birthday and had it engraved. I was apprehensive about having the engraving done remotely, but now it has arrived. I couldn't be happier with the workmanship.

First time customer and i'm impressed (order#129874). Discovered their website while searching for silver huggie hoop earrings. I had always worn studs and wasn't sure if they would suit me so I was looking for reasonably priced. Ordered just before xmas and wasn't even expecting them before but they arrived the next day! This company is outstanding. The product is beautiful and absolutely worth the money, and the presentation is just as impressive. Despite loving the item, I found during that week I bought it, I was receiving daily marketing emails which seemed excessive.
But as per Hersey’s reply and upon reading the marketing emails they sent. I do believe I just happened to buy in the middle of an ongoing promotional campaign as each email was the same (promoting their Silver Friday Campaign)
And as they have stated this isn’t the norm to receive daily emails. So based on this I have amended my review as I believe this to be the case here.

ITEM REVIEW:
I bought the Silver Cross No 2 - 25mm necklace.
The look and quality of the cross is absolutely beautiful.
I did shop around and look at quite a few but I’m glad I chose this one.

It’s the subtle details that make this cross stand out.
The combination of the smooth rounded off edges, the polished finish that looks clean but not overly shiny, along with the size being just right, where its subtle and not too big and blends nicely but still stands out without being too overstated.
All these factors give the cross a very elegant and refined look to it.

The price is excellent for the quality and look of the item.

Delivery was fairly quick. (3 days if not including weekends).

I would highly recommended this cross if you are looking for a nice accessory that is classy and subtle but noticeable in an elegant way.

Also, due it’s subtlety, it goes well with both casual wear and smart dress too.

Purchased two of the No. 1 silver crosses with 16-18 inch chain for my two grand daughters’ baptisms. Very speedy delivery. Beautiful, good quality small crosses. Contemporary and simple in design, they are just what I was looking for. Arrived well packaged with cloth and care card. Neatly engraved on the back as requested. Perfect highly recommended. Thankyou for help on the telephone with ordering the chain size too.

I purchased a silver cuff bangle for my son, and also opted for the engraving. I didn't expect it to be as beautiful as it actually is, but i'm delighted with it. Professional engraving, and a very heavy piece! Arrived within a couple of days and very well presented.

Read about this company as a family bussiness, brought the Cuff bracelet, and as someone with small wrists struggles, so went with the extra small option not many company's do it for men, its perfect engraving is deep perfectly centered. Quality is top notch, will order again. Thanks😊

I have recently purchased two items from Hersey. (Orders not placed at the same time). Two chains - one cross and chain and one ‘initial’ chain. The chains are lovely quality and the order/delivery process was excellent. I especially liked the wide choice of chain length.

I have purchased from Hersey twice now, my fiancé brought from them too. The personalised engraved products are fantastic, and make lovely gifts. My first order of a men's leather and engraved silver bracelet was perfect. My second order came scratched and Hersey were quick to reply and fixed the product. Thank you.
