I ordered 6 Spider-Man costumes with express delivery 1-2 business days , they didn’t turn up for over a week I then missed the event so tried to return them , the company ignored my emails and when I finally got a reply the just asked why I want to return them . Since they asked this I haven’t had a reply for numerous amount of emails , they make you get in contact with them to return a item but they won’t reply to emails
Disgraceful customer service, this company should be ashamed of themselves.

The absolute worst company. Ordered 2 x Spiderman outfits and both were a poor quality and a poor fit. I messaged them immediately to arrange a return, both via email and their website messaging system and I have had no reply. It has been 8 weeks now and I have emailed and messaged multiple times. They are a complete rip off company with poor products, poor delivery time, absolutely no customer service and no commitment to their website terms or returns policy. DO NOT USE

Back to right another review! After finally getting a return label and sending items back 2 weeks later still waiting for my money, no reply to any emails or the contact forms. Avoid this company at all costs!

Awful experience. My son saved up for a spider-man mask with moving eyes but it doesn't work. We tried to return but had one email back after several weeks of trying refusing to refund us. Have tried to state their responsibility under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 but they have ceased contact. Have informed Trading Standards. Do Not Use This Company!

No response from company, messaged on all platforms and email. States their address is in the UK, but have now seen reviews saying they are not. Ordered a spiderman mask which is the one thing my son asked for for his birthday and it has not arrived despite stating 5-7 business days. So I am now out of pocket and having to try and get one elsewhere now with a few days to go before his birthday. Utterly useless company with zero customer service. Don’t buy from them.

Just to add.. I requested the money back with my bank and oddly enough NOW they post out once Ive done this now my sons birthday has been and gone, ignored all my requests to cancel way before they finally decide to post out. No longer need it so I’m guessing they will ignore all my requests to return as it’s no longer needed now. I will refusing delivery. This is a crafty tactic they are using to get the money!

Scammed a child out of £200! He saved and ordered the Iron Man helmet, it came not working and clearly used. We have contacted them 3 times and they will not come back to us with any reply! Disgusting

Absolutely dreadful service, my son bought an iron man helmet with his own money from birthdays and pocket money. Device doesn’t work properly, one reply advising use new batteries. Which we have, Infact we’ve tried multiple brand new batteries and it’s still not working. Chased several times and no replies. Absolutely terrible service and a complete waste of £170. One very distraught 8year old who worked and saved hard for the helmet for it not work. Shocking to say the least

Made an order 8 days ago, it's still waiting to dispatch... absolutely no contact back from phone, email or Facebook. Giving it one more day then demanding a refund.

Ordered on the 5th June it's now the 13th sent them an email asking about my order and no reply as of yet! Absolutely ruined my child's hope of having the costume in time for a special occasion!

Purchased the wolverine costume bundle, took weeks to arrive and when it did the mask and claws were fine, but the costume had clearly been used, the hand was ripped, the bottom feet had been cut and the groin area had ripped and been stitched back (badly) contacted them straight away and received an email asking if I wanted a refund…replied ”of course thanks” that was 2 weeks ago and am now being completely ignored emails/phone calls. Absolutely shocking service and I intend to report them to appropriate agencies. Incidentally regardless of the rips the costume is nowhere near the quality of the images please avoid and don’t be suckered by the merch.

The Ironman MK5 mask is brilliant. Very well built and works as it should but is quite large for the average head size and tends to slip down (so I use a folded balaclava like a band around my head to hold it in place). The only other issue was that it took 2 weeks to arrive but it was packaged very well and I love it. Also, I think Herohaven need to improve on communication as I didn't get any replies to my emails.

Terrible experience. I ordered a product that turned out completely different from what I expected. After sending five emails without a single reply, I had to return it at my own expense (50€). The package made it to the UK, but they refused to accept it — and it was sent back to me. No refund, no customer support, and now I'm out even more money. Completely unprofessional and careless. Avoid at all costs.

Received a faulty iron man mask contacted them immediately , following an initial contact they stopped responding to my messages and never followed up on whether I wanted a refund or replacement. Terrible company

Ordered Spider-Man bundle , mask!! Glove & costume , still waiting for the costume two months later , sent God knows how many emails and live chat don’t get back to me , I would never ever use this rip off site again . Absolutely disgusting how they can just rip people off.

Husband ordered something 2 weeks ago. Taken money but item not shipped. We have emailed, used the online form and attempted to phone them with no answer to chase item. Will be now trying to attempt to cancel the item and buy elsewhere.

The Spiderman Webspinner toy I bought my grandson for £24.99 was absolutely useless. Lasted 1 go ,then the threads got impossibly tangled up and no longer works as it should on the description due to that.Do not buy this rubbish!

My Ironman MK5 helmet was amazing so I went back to buy an ark reactor as well! Helpful customer service and both products arrived on time. Thanks.
