When the prototype was finished they sent me a detailed video of the game, the box, & components, and offered a few helpful suggestions. The crew at Hero Time helped me bring my dream to life, when I had almost given up. I've never done anything like this, I couldn't have asked for a better team to guide me through this journey! I have been working with Jerick @ HeroTime for the better part of a year, getting ready to launch my first card game.

Hero Time has been extremely supportive with the assistance, recommendation, and follow up with the prototype creation of my idea. They respond quickly and alert when something needed attention. I have even been contacted by the CEO with a concern and responded and helped get the result needed to answer my questions!

Mi Arte Productions is in the business of making colorful and educational culture card games in various languages. HeroTime has produced our six(6) games that are presently selling on Amazon USA. We have be very satisfied with the calibre of their production values. The colors are bright and well defined. The paper stock has been solid and of good quality. Working with the factory administrators and personnel has been easy and most professional. A few problems that arose were resolved expeditiously and satisfactorily. We recommend them highly and intend to do more game production with them. The only negative has been the long transit time the games have taken, but that isn't their fault. Thank you to the whole HT Team!!

Hero Time have been very helpful in creating a few prototypes for our board game, as well as making sure we are prepped for a crowdfunding campaign. Will definitely contact them when we get that going.
