Your first-time transaction – MTN MoMo payment of RWF 13,142 to 0788 902 475 in Rwanda – was successfully completed in just 3 minutes, well within the clearly stated 3-hour window shown on screen. Similarly, subsequent transactons were within the stated completion period. Please let us know which transaction you are reffering to.

At first I there was a deduction from the card that I can't tell if it was refunded, but from there on,I did a few transactions with hepta and the service was superb, very quick dispersement of cash through the mpesa accounts I sent money to. I will give the a five star rating just because of the excellent support team service and quick money payment system they have. Improvement can still be made on the payment gateway to avoid unnecessary errors

Well a first transaction woeled well . Two other heptapay didn't collect the money and was returned to my account . It sad as the people needed uegen some money for Easter but it never came into the account
