Henry Meds was a complete waste of money.

They send the medication in a single vial meant to last two months, which is a terrible setup for first-time users. It makes dosing confusing, and I ended up injecting more than prescribed and got very sick.

I paid $550 total ($249 + $299) and lost only 2 pounds in two months. There was zero appetite suppression - it honestly felt like I was injecting water.

When I reached out, their only solution was to keep going and increase the dose, instead of addressing the fact that the medication clearly wasn’t working.

This feels like a business model that profits from people trying it for a couple of months with little to no results. I would strongly caution anyone considering this.

Dr Jake was great! He talked with me about my goal weight and what to expect realistically. Very personable and my meds will be here tomorrow. Just an easy experience all around.

I have been rescheduled three times because of supposedly three emergencies. No calls have been returned. One email only has been returned. No one monitors the calendars. This is bullshit.

The Dr is wonderful to work with. Everyone is attentive and personal.

Just restarted after pausing my subscription for a few months. Easy process and was able to set up a fast appt with my provider who reviewed my history/progress/concerns. Provider approved me to restart and cus svc quickly followed up with a guide plan and tracking info for the meds. No problems experienced

I am very pleased with my video chat with the doctor at Henry meds. she was very professional, very friendly,and asked a lot of the right questions. I got a lot of my questions answered as well

It is difficult sometimes to get through on the phone I must say but when I do get through I am connected to people who genuinely want to help me. It is always a pleasure dealing with this company.

I moved and tried to change my shipping address for my medication. I keep getting a message that I have to contact my health care team at Henry Meds to change my address. I have been trying for weeks by calling, emailing, online messages, Facebook comments and messenger. Every time I call their phone number its an answering service. No one from Henry Meds is responding to any form of communication.

Henry Meds has been withdrawing money from my HSA account for over a year without my knowledge. I have contacted their fake phone number 3 times without any response. Calling them is futile, as the “answering service” contends they cannot connect me with a human. They are complicit with theft and won’t engage with me.

I continue to be impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants I meet with for appointments.

I will give a different score based on my next serving of your product. Right now I am not happy at all . I signed up in August of 25 and have only lost 2 to 4 pounds during this time.

The dosage was so small as to not hav been effective at all!

Now they have increased the dosage and twice ss week which should result in better results, I will review again when I get my next notice for the Semiglutide.

The ozempic was delivered and it was not at all refrigerated. The ice packs were the same temperature as a hot spring day in Texas. I have called three times and left three messages for return calls and I just sent my third email. I can't get a new shipment nor an acknowledgment that it's ok to take hot ozempic now chilled. I just want to use the $300 investment every month. Yikes. Read reviews.

Henry Meds and their associates are easy to do business with. I have always felt supported and heard when expressing concerns. Everyone I have talked to has been very professional and always able to answer any questions I have. It is a pleasant healthcare experience and I'm super happy with my results.

Knowledgeable staff, the product works great (I lost 28 lbs) and Henry Meds is always responsive to questions. The cost is up there, but it does include medical practitioners, not lay people reading from scripts. They are willing to troubleshoot with me. I do highly recommend them and trust them. I have been using the semiglutide for almost 2 years, and have maintained my weight loss for over a year now.
