I received 5 months worth of product while being charged monthly for one full year. getting in touch with this company for any reason (even to cancel a subscription) is more difficult than with any other company I have ever given my hard earned money to before. my strong advice is to not become a customer of this company.

I love Henry Meds. They are very thorough with questions and checking in with me. They listen to me when I have an issue and I’m not sure what to do, they have an answer. I would highly recommend them. The price is also reasonable. I have been with them a couple of years now.

I don’t know whether their weight loss treatment is good. I had an appointment for my free virtual 15 min consultation and I waited 20 minutes past the appointment time.The nurse practitioner never showed up. I called the phone number provided for this company and waited over 10 minutes;no one answered. This doesn’t bode well for me bc like what if I had a problem with the side effects and needed to speak to someone about it?!

I thought that maybe they schedule in their time zone and not mine. Nope, it’s for EST which is the correct time zone for me.

So far, this has been a ginormous waste of my time!!! They either need to make this right for me or I will move on. That tennis star is a spokeswoman for a different company. Hopefully they can help and that their fees are reasonable.

My experience with Henry Meds has been positive. I have found the nurse practitioners and support staff to be helpful and informative.

I canceled my subscription 9 months ago and the company is still charging fees including "administrative fees" of $50 a month and prior to that hundreds of dollars a month for non-existent services including "medical services". 18 months ago I spent 5 minutes on the phone with someone that went through a checklist. Charging hundreds of dollars a month for that 12 months later is unbelievable as is calling it "medical services".

You emails are friendly polite and prompt. You direct my questions to understandable sites for answers.
Your response time is impeccable.
Appointment times are easily attainable.
My medication is delivered promptly with email confirmation of its processing.

My conversation with the nurse was very good we went over a bunch of stuff and I was very pleased

When Wegovy first came out, it was so expensive, only the rich could afford it. After some research on an affordable version of GLP-1, looking on Reddit and other sites, the most positive reactions to the compounded versions of Wegovy along with the best customer service, were Henry Meds. I've been on it since August of 2023, and it has been one of the best decisions I've ever made!

I was very impressed with the physician assistants knowledge. Very easy to talk to and he covered pretty much all the questions that I had before the questions were asked.

I would actually leave a negative star review for this company if I could. I was dispensed placebo medication and should have known that it was not going to work. They advertise oral tablets for Tirzepatide medication but they did NOT work. Only thing that happened was I developed very horrible joint pain and pelvic pain one hour after taking medication. I was only on it for 1.5 weeks and paid $890 for three months that I cannot use. My appetite was more if you can imagine that. Please do not trust them!!!!!
