I have used HenryMeds for three years now for GLP-1. I am extremely satisfied with their service. There are cheaper services, but I hesitate to switch because HenryMeds has always delivered what they promised. I have had a few hiccups, but it just took a phone call to the company to rectify the problem.

Absolutely terrible, they send you a larger dose right away. Claim they made a mistake and bump your cost up or you have to have the lower dose. After about the first 3 vials they send you basically water in a glass bottle (it doesn’t work anymore) so they can get you to increase your dose. Then they’re extremely over priced $500 for not real GLP-1. It’s only 1 vial for every 2 payments of $249. I have sent the medication off to a lab to test what’s actually in it!
I have tried to get my 11 month refunded but now they won’t message me back. They said once they receive 10 payments for 5 vials they won’t take anymore money. I also changed my credit card for the second time and deleted the one they took payments from for the second time. Yet they pulled it back on the website even tho I deleted the credit card information.

I like this product with the goal to drop some LB and manage it. Henry Meds services and support are really good. They do care about health condition and always ready for having appointments if any questions and concerns. I lost 14 Lb (started from 3 Units in September, 2025 - by January 24 Units) .. great result and no side effects.

If i could leave a negative star review i would..I was told by Dr to contact customer service bc i could not make up my mind . And quite frankly was rushed off the appointment.. but she went ahead and put it in for the pill form.. I tried contacting customer service eight times.. only once getting through just to be cut off in the middle of our conversation.. my whole morning was consumed by sitting on the phone on hold for hours... Emailed for help no response.. here it is what 5 days later and I'm starting out at 6:00 a.m. trying to get this taken care of..because that is really what i want to do on my time off...no one has reached out to me..

The medical team and staff genuinely listen to my concerns and take my personal goals seriously, which made a big difference for me.
I was definitely skeptical at first, and while I initially thought the cost was a bit high, it’s turned out to be well worth the investment in my overall health. Over the past year, I’ve lost nearly 30 pounds, and I feel much better physically and mentally.

Update: Customer service contacted me and offered to refund the charges. Unfortunately, now the refund needs to go through the credit card dispute process. While their willingness to refund the charges is reassuring, the fact that they began charging me without authorization and that I had to dispute the charges before getting a response is not.
Things were fine while I was using their product; however, I canceled in 2025. Confirmed via phone. Charges began appearing on my credit card in January of 2026. I contacted them about the charges multiple times. I finally had to dispute the charges through my credit card company.

Since starting my glp-1 meds in Debussy of 2025 I couldn’t be happier! It’s been a slow and steady process, about a half a pound to a pound a week. There have been a few times when I plateaued a little but with help from my providers and a little adjustment on my dosage it didn’t take long to get back on track. I’ve been following a very easy liberal diet with lots of protein and ensuring I get plenty of exercise. I couldn’t be more happier with the results and Henry Meds!

I'm whatever about this platform. Easy to use I guess. I received an email after submitting documents that said my subscription would not start till 2 months later, sent an email to ask about it. Weird to sign up and receive that notice with no additional information. Never received a reply and instead everything was processed. I don't know if the doctor looking at my information is even real at this point, or if there are even humans working at this company.
