I moved and tried to change my shipping address for my medication. I keep getting a message that I have to contact my health care team at Henry Meds to change my address. I have been trying for weeks by calling, emailing, online messages, Facebook comments and messenger. Every time I call their phone number its an answering service. No one from Henry Meds is responding to any form of communication.

Henry Meds has been withdrawing money from my HSA account for over a year without my knowledge. I have contacted their fake phone number 3 times without any response. Calling them is futile, as the “answering service” contends they cannot connect me with a human. They are complicit with theft and won’t engage with me.

I will give a different score based on my next serving of your product. Right now I am not happy at all . I signed up in August of 25 and have only lost 2 to 4 pounds during this time.
The dosage was so small as to not hav been effective at all!
Now they have increased the dosage and twice ss week which should result in better results, I will review again when I get my next notice for the Semiglutide.

The ozempic was delivered and it was not at all refrigerated. The ice packs were the same temperature as a hot spring day in Texas. I have called three times and left three messages for return calls and I just sent my third email. I can't get a new shipment nor an acknowledgment that it's ok to take hot ozempic now chilled. I just want to use the $300 investment every month. Yikes. Read reviews.

Knowledgeable staff, the product works great (I lost 28 lbs) and Henry Meds is always responsive to questions. The cost is up there, but it does include medical practitioners, not lay people reading from scripts. They are willing to troubleshoot with me. I do highly recommend them and trust them. I have been using the semiglutide for almost 2 years, and have maintained my weight loss for over a year now.

At the beginning of my experience, everything was great. The prescribers were great, helpful, and knowledgeable. However, towards the end of my six months, it became quite frustrating. Throughout my six-month subscription, it started to feel less about my health and more about upselling. For the last two months, I was told my dose wouldn’t be increased, unless I was willing to pay about $100 more per month. That didn’t sit right with me.
When my six months ended, trying to cancel was unnecessarily difficult. I submitted a cancellation request online, but it wasn’t processed automatically. I attempted to use Live Chat multiple times during business hours, but no agents were ever available. The chat directed me to call customer service, but every time I called, I was told no agents were available and the call would disconnect—no option to even leave a message.
Email was the only way to reach them, and even then, they said responses could take up to 48 hours. The entire process was a hassle and left a bad impression. I expected better communication and a smoother experience.

They scheduled a consultation promptly and getting on their calendar was easy. The provider was nice enough and I got the phentermine for weight loss that I wanted. However, their system has no way to just send a generic 'message' to your care team. You have to open a Support ticket, which based on the labelling, is more for technical support issues. They need to have, and lack, a methodology where it's actually OK to send a message (about anything medical) to your care team. lacking that puts circle medical way above them, if you can use circle medical do it instead.

Just found out they have been billing me for months, not emailing me. I’m out of so much money sent to them. They should have emailed me. I cancelled through their portal but I guess they have to contact you before they cancel? Wow.

I have been using Henry Meds for over a year and have been exceedingly pleased with my weight loss results and the great support that I have received from the medical staff and admin team. Henry was recommended to me and it was the best recommendation. There are a LOT of websites claiming they have the best plans and support but while Henry Meds might be more costly than others, the professionalism and dedication of their medical and support staff is exceptional.
