Henchman did a great service
Henchman, is a great company, my fully adjustable tripod ladder, arrived damaged in Portugal, and without any major issues they got the problem solved.
The ladder has since been in use and it is super useful at uneven grounds, as well at flat surfaces.
my one is the 3 meter high ladder which allows me to reach high. I use it weekly, it lives in the roof rack of the work van, and it deals with all kind of weather, it is in perfect order.

Lots of problems with delivery - solved by excellent team!
Lots of problems with delivery prior to Christmas and the item ending up in Berlin rather than on the island of Ruegen!. However, you team/agent in Holland did their best to ensure that it was delivered in time for Christmas.

The Product is amazing!
Everyone who needs to paint walls, collect fruits or trim trees from uneven grounds own themselves to invest in this one. It will save yourself from so much falling damage.
My only critique, is that from the NL site. there is no functional track&trace. Considering that the product is a relatively high investment. I was waiting for 10 days, hoping that I was falling for a scam. As even contacting the customer service couldn't supply me with a shipping update. That is the only thing you could improve on. Everything else have been to top stars.

Good product and fast delivery
Good product and fast delivery. We use the product mostly for pruning high hedges. The first product was damaged during transport but after contact by e-mail the problem was solved very fast and we got a new product in a few days.
