Great product & service
It was extremely easy to navigate the website.
Communication with the company was consistent & efficient.
On arrival, there was some damage to the product which we reported along with photos. The product was exchanged within 2 weeks, no problem.
Very impressed with this company!!

Fruit picking made easy.
This ladder is extremely safe to use. you don't realise quite the feeling it gives you until you've been standing at 3 m height feeling like you're standing on the ground. At 11 kg it is not very heavy to move around. I wish I'd have bought one of these sooner, the only disappointing thing was that it is so much more expensive to buy in France than it is in the UK.

A ladder of high quality and security
This ladder is the first really secure standing ladder I bought. Excellent quality. I promise this will be a very successful product. I was using a lot of different ladders, none of them gave such a secure feeling! I'am using the 4,2m pro ladder.

Confidence at Height, but could use small tweaks
The Pro Tripod Ladder is easy to adjust, remarkably stable, and so reassuring that even when working at height, it feels more like standing on a small balcony than on a ladder. The only real drawback is the weight, which makes it a bit awkward to handle once deployed. Given the fairly high price point, I would have appreciated a small tray or perforated bracket — somewhere to rest a spool of twine and to slot in a pair of secateurs and scissors. My real rating would be 4.5 stars.
