I order a 3D drie kleuren fototaart
Absolutely disappointed very bad finishing around the cake the fondate was melting and to big for the cake itself....I complain and show the customer service in the shop the cake...they wanted to pay me 50% of the cake only! so disappointed in the end got full refund! Never again.i wish I can send the picture here.

Know Nothing About Their Products

Customer service took a whopping 3 weeks to come back to me with a wrong answer. There's NO weight or sizing info on their product pages so I emailed asking for weight and dimensions of packaging 17th Dec and by 8th Jan they sent back the diameter of the product not the size of the packaging like I'd asked. When the package arrived it was also over double the weight they had quoted me.

Embarrassing business.

Useless as a door nail

Useless as a door nail. I would rate them as -10 if I could. Poor performance, poor protection, mediocre customer service at best. I had canceled the service 2 years ago. They on their own knowing that I had requested not to renew charged my card. Now
I have to wait for snow to fall in hell to get my refund. No way for you to contact them without creating a ticket that they never answer. Stay away. There are many other VPN with better service.

Lovely shop

Lovely shop for your home and accessories, really great for gifts. Always received quality customer service from staff. It’s a shame they recently permanently shut in Kingston! - but I still recommend Hema!

Great items, poor packaging.

Really like the stuff I bought online. Some things I haven't seen on other sites. Very quick service. I deducted a star for inadequate packing. Box much too big for my items, and no inside packing materials, so they just rattled around. Luckily nothing breakable in my order. Some scrunched up paper would have done the job.

I really recommend that you DO NOT order from here. I read the reviews before placing my order and they were mostly negative but I thought I’d still give them the benefit of the doubt but I SHOULDNT have DONT ORDER FROM HERE take my experience as an example. I placed my order three weeks ago and still isn’t here, I’ve emailed them about this and they haven’t even bothered to reply! Another thing is that the day after I placed my order one of my items were taken away from the order as it was out of stock! It’s really bad customer service and seem really unprofessional since they can’t even reply to a simple email which I sent in the 23rd of June.

Safe to order from

Hema is fantastic, they really need to stop using DHL as a courier though. You can order safely from this company but might need to fight a bit with DHL to actually get your parcel.

Good customer support / Packaging can be improved

I received few items that were damaged and it was a bit disappointing as I had planned to give these as presents for Xmas. Also, due to the short time, I could not order again these items before Xmas eve.
I wrote an email to Customer support and they promptly replied to my issue and offered to refund the money. Thanks!
