I requested a payout, but I didn't receive it. They say it was credited to the player's account. But it didn't happen, it's not listed anywhere. I don't recommend it, it's not fair.

I honestly don't know why the majority of all the reviews are negative saying it's a scam, they don't pay etc.... I've had no issues whatsoever with Hellspin. Im in Australia and joined Hellspin after reading that it was a good site for Aussies to play at. KYC was so simple and straightforward... Here are my docs > please verify > thank you Mr customer your verified > all took around 30 mins.... Withdrawals by crypto were efficient and generally processed in around 5+ hours. I have personally withdrawn thousands of $ and have had no problems. I'm not a huge fan of their VIP system as it resets every fortnight but I really liked their deposit setup as you can get a deposit bonus on every single deposit of $50 or more. Definitely recommend.

Good game range reliable withdrawals
Good game range, decent support, withdrawing is easy. Not the most bonus offers but is super reliable so it evens out for me personally. Don’t have to play *too* much to get VIP manager and in my experience they’re usually fast at responding if I have a problem.
