I made more than i pay...

Unfortunately my account got taken down as I tried to withdraw my winnings, keep in mind I’ve provided hell spin with explanations and documents for absolutely everything possible. My partners card is the only one that allows online gambling so that is what we used to deposit, when we went to withdraw we send it to my bank account as it wouldn’t let us use his for some reason. The withdrawal request was sitting there for about a day when I received an email saying my account has been closed and all my winnings have been confiscated. Hellspin removed $43000 worth of winnings from my account citing a glitch in a bonus reload amount. Unfortunately for them this was inaccurate information. The deposit I made for the bonus was $46. The refund they credited me for obtaining the bonus was $40 which just so happens to be the subsequent deposit I made and the non bonus money I deposited to obtain my winnings. I have all of the back up information to support my position I have made numerous attempts to communicate however they are oddly slow on the response. My next step is to lodge a complaint with Curacao and also AMCA. They used document verification issues to buy time to find a way to disallow my withdrawals despite having already been fully verified twice this year already. The live chat support was vague and full of misinformation and non information citing casino technical issues initially for the problems. This is such a garbage website, it's like you have designated days of when you win and when you give your money to the winners, it's so predictable 99% of the time, theres no randomness, because on that once in a blue moon day where you are the one winning, you're winning every time.
