St Ives post office was a problem
I have no problem with the product or your service but you choosing St Ives post office to send the goods was a problem for me. My goods sat there for over a week unprocessed. Australia Post would not take action till the parcel was well overdue. These cards were thank you cards for a funeral and were time sensitive. As I was in a state of grief the delay caused me distress. This delay then pushed the delivery close to Easter which added further delay and stress for my situation . So my recommendation is maybe use a more reliable post office or different delivery service. Regards Ilona
