Buyer beware.

What you see in their thumbnails and pictures is not what you get. These are the cheapest slippers I’ve ever had, terrible quality, and way overpriced. Not worth it, 0/10.

paid but not received

paid but not received, very poor correspondence . These were a present for Christmas which is a shame they are fast to take the order and money and not back it up with any sort of service. will
never use again
Whilst they are quick to respond on here asking me to email them, I have e mailed several times and nothing was resolved! The product has arrived finally, I wouldnt say the quality was great at all. So still would not use them again.

I did not receive my package

I did not receive my package and the email said it has been delivered. I was at home the entire time and would've known if someone came to the door. My order number is #66007. I know I'm not the first person to experience this. I would like this issue resolved or a full refund of 6 slippers in total. This is yunexpress delivery.

Definitely a scam. DO NOT BUY! Not worth it. very difficult to get a refund. Tells me to contact the the delivery company and its very difficult for them to get a hold of them. Sounds very convenient that you cant get a hold of them. It's not my job to go searching for my package in my neighbor or call the delivery company. What a joke. It's money down the drain. I hope this review helps people not become prey to this and support legitimate companies that will actually deliver what you paid for.

Hello! I ve just got my package, it arrived relatively fast having in mind im from Romania.
I want to say that they re so soft it feels like ure walking on a cloud. I love the design, color and accesories, and thanks for the socks!!! Love them!

Comfy, cute and quick

I ordered very near the end of October and wasn't expecting to see these slippers for a while. They got here in time for me to ship them forward for Christmas!

Anything that glows in the dark has my immediate attention and that factor does not disappoint. They glow quickly after exposure to bulb light but sunlight takes them next level.

They are comfy yet rugged and I was concerned the material would make my feet sweat but they don't.

They're a really outstanding and delightful purchase.

Unique indoor slippers

The range of products that they offers are really cute. The two products that I purchased are comfortable and adorable. I also received two pair of socks with my purchase and they’re off great quality. I will be shopping more from Hello Slippers in the future.

In love with Hello Slippers

They are so kind, I just received my slippers and I am in love and they were so great with customer support when I accidentally put the wrong address for my order, it was so easy to get it switched, I will say that they could work on replying faster but other than that my experience was absolutely lovely

Overall good experience

I ordered 4 pairs of slippers as Christmas presents. I was a little worried because this company uses Lasership in my area for US shipping. All orders arrived. One pair of slippers arrived with a torn product bag and the outer bag looked taped, but the actual slippers appear undamaged.

I took 1 star off because the slippers could have been packed better. There was absolutely no packing materials other than a flat outer bag. The shark fins dent easily, so they looked a little mushed. Still cute slippers, a little pricey for the quality, but honestly no regrets on this purchase.

Zero customer service! Not "quality" slippers

Deserving of one star. I bought a pair of baby blue sharks for my daughter's 10th Birthday. Two months later, the paint is wearing off and she loses one of the fins. I contacted customer service explaining the situation. Their response was essentially, "sorry you're unsatisfied with your purchase and for the loss of the fin but here, you can buy new fins or new slippers". I'm sorry, but why would I buy anything from your business again, especially if there's a likelihood the fins will just fall off from walking and the paint just wears right off. I offered a compromise of just sending us a replacement fin and was told no. Long story short, customer service is crap & these are not "quality" slippers as advertised.

I got the slippers for myself and my daughter and we love them! The shark slides are cute and comfy, and the best part is you can take the fins out and replace them with different colors/styles! We bought some extra fins and oh my gosh they are sooo cute 🥰 These would definitely be the funnest holiday gifts for my friends💕

These slippers aren't true to size(they…

These slippers aren't true to size(they are too small), so if you order the size you usually wear and it doesn't fit they won't return or give you a refund. So, you're basically left with slippers that are too small to wear and you are out however much you spent on them. Also, I ordered 4 different slippers and each one smelled like burnt plastic/ hard chemical smell. I really don't want those chemicals/plastic anywhere near my feet.
Also this is specific to the cloud slippers (2 different pairs) but they are a hard plastic, not at all soft like they advertised it to be.

TERRIBLE SERVICE

Do not trust them. From what I see and my personal experience, they care very little about customer service they clearly don’t have customer protection laws like we do. Make sure you read the return policy carefully as they do no accept any kind of exchange including sizing (stated in the policy) it also mentions that any defect they will evaluate and decide whether it’s eligible or not… Well I guess no case is eligible. I ordered a pair that came with paint missing on the teeth, and paint splatters and they refused to exchange them (I didn’t even want my money back) all they offered was 50% off my next purchase but why would I purchase again if I am not satisfied?? They mentioned in my previous review that they would get back to me and make sure I was satisfied but it’s complete bull***t, it’s been a week and no other offer but the original 50% my next pair… They clearly care more about bombarding your instagram with ads rather than satisfying their existing customers.

DO NOT TRUST THEM OR THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE YUNEXPRESS!!!

I wanted to order a few pairs of their slippers and socks but wanted to be sure it was worth it so ordered a pair of cute slippers and was soooo excited to receive the slippers. I checked the tracking and it says they were delivered two days ago but they were NOT. I didn’t receive them and they weren’t stolen or lost either. I was home all day long. They just weren’t friggen delivered yet for some reason checked off as delivered.

According to their policy they take zero accountability for their awful shady delivery service too so DO NOT TRUST THEM. Chances are you won’t even receive your order and according to their policy they won’t even send a new pair.

So cute!

The slippers I ordered are so adorable! It took them about 3 weeks to arrive (Australia). I ordered a size up from what I would usually get and they fit very snug, I probably could have gone up another size. They're nice and spongey and comfortable. Overall, I really like them. I was happy with the overall experience and I will be buying more from Hello Slippers.

Poor customer service

They used an extremely poor quality freight company (Google 'PFL logistics review' to check these jokers out) who didn't ring our doorbell and left the package in an unsecure location where it was promptly stolen.

After contacting them for assistance we were stonewalled by 'Mandy' and told they don't take responsibility for the actions of the couriers and couldn't provide any assistance.

Psst, if you are using an unprofessional shipping service, that's on your company.

We've now had to raise a paypal dispute, definitely a poor experience and can't recommend.

Awesome customer service/response time, shoes arrived timely, and the quality has been great so far!

I ordered 5 pairs of slippers on August 8th and received them on August 20th. When I initially placed the order, I had chosen the size of the shoe for my first pair, which was auto-selected for my next pairs after that first one. I didn't realize until after I placed the order that I never chose the size for any of the 4 other pairs. I had to reach out to customer service through email after finding that there is no number to call or option to cancel or edit the order. I sent an email to support at 2PM on the same day and received a response at 7PM that day as well. I let them know the sizes I needed and the order was updated with no issues.

I have two complaints for this company. First is that, when adding the shoes to the cart, there needs to be a requirement to choose the size of the shoe. Second is that there is at least an option to change or edit the order even if it's within a 30 minute time frame after the order is placed.

Awesome customer service/response time, shoes arrived timely, and the quality has been great so far!
