Quick shipping good communication great product

The hedgehog slippers are adorable. I love them. They are really comfortable. I ordered a size smaller than I usually wear because they didn't have my size in stock so they are a bit tight, but they are still crazy comfortable. I would order from this company again.

My daughter bought the burger slippers. The shoes shipped from China, so I was a bit concerned about delays and tariffs. The shoes arrived quickly with tracking along the way. No tariff bills yet, but it's only been a few days. Perhaps it was built into the shipping fee. Shoes definitely seem to be good quality, on par with the name-brand shoes they mimic. We'll see how they hold up long-term, but she's very happy with them so far.

Ordered from Facebook twice and both packages actually showed up. Low bar, I know, but if you’ve ever ordered from random Facebook ads, you get why that already feels like a win.

First pair was the T-Rex, then I grabbed the glow fish with the lights. Quality’s legit, nothing flimsy, nothing falling apart. And they’re comfortable as hell.

Sizing note: no US half sizes, so I had to size up. Tried sizing down with the T-Rex and that was a bad idea, those got given away because my feet weren’t having it.

I live in the Philippines and these are perfect for mud, rain, and general “why is everything wet” conditions. Easy to clean, easy to throw on.

I’m 46 and walking around in light-up dinosaur/fish shoes with zero concern for public opinion. Pretty sure all the kids want them. 😄

The product is amazing, I love my new slippers. The delivery was fast and eficient

Slippers arrived in a poor condition inlcuding:
Stitches already hanging out in multiple places, surplus material on the sole, a small piece of the slipper at the front missing, a deformation on the front of one of the slippers, 2 holes in the side of a slipper and so on.
Plus, they absolutely stink for a while - which is apparently caused by the chemicals used in manufacturing and then they are vacuum packed.

The slippers then did not fit for the size described either, with my wife being on the lower end of the size range I purchased - and yet they were still too small.
Also, the base was quite rigid, which is unusual for slippers.

Anyway, tried to get a refund and first request was ignored. Only when I sent a formal credit card complaint did I get a response.

Their response included that the multiple defects I found were within their accepted manufacturing tolerances. I could send the slippers back (to China) for a full refund. Nowhere on their website does it provide any address for their company or returns, and as a non business trying to post something recorded to China, I would lose half the cost of the item in postage. I would not have bought the slippers if I'd known any refund involves postage to China. They also offered a 50% refund and not sending the slippers back (so I would still lose half my money). They refused to provide a return label at any time.

In the end, I obtained a full refund with a credit card chargeback.
I have never known a company to be shown multiple defects in manufacturing and not be apologetic about it or do everything they could to make it right for the customer.

If I were you, I probably wouldn't risk it.

fast delivery, good product

The shipping wasn’t that bad, and the quality of slippers are very well made! I love my new bunny slippers! They are true to size.

Lovely slippers, but as too small I needed to exchange. The cost of postage and packaging to and from China on the return and re-order doesn’t make sense so just re-ordering (albeit with a 50% discount). I wish I hadn’t bought them even though they are a nice product. They took ages to arrive too. Infrastructure, pricing and the customer experience is just as important as the product Helloslippers!

Do not use this company: bought a pair of slippers which ended up being too small, however, there is no way to contact anyone to return anything you are unhappy with. Tried emailing the company multiple times and nothing. Really, really disappointing!

DO NOT BUY THESE!!!! I bought them as a gift and they were too small - in order to exchange you have to pay to send them from the US to CHINA!!! Not only are they expensive but what kind of customer service is that? Just horrible!!!

Easy ordering and fast shipment. The slippers were of good quality and cute; my daughter loves them.
