Ordered on Dec 25, 2025 and still haven't received anything. Emailed twice and no reply. Why bother sending out marketing emails to buy products when they can't even deliver on a reasonable time. 3 weeks and nothing. Have ordered from them before when the owner Dana senpai was active on insta, but she hasn't posted anything in a few years. Did I just get scammed??

Ordered back in summer 2024, I'm located in Europe and was prepared for a wait but after 4 months I reached out first via contact form on their website and then a couple weeks after via email. No one ever responded so I opened a Paypal dispute, still no response from them. Dispute went through, but never got my over $100 shipping fees back... Please don't support their scamming business and value your time and money.

Ordered back in January 2025 and it never came, went with charge dispute on Paypal and it immediately went through.
There is something wrong with the website, the original owner wasn't active on Instagram since 2023 so whoever is managing this website is not honest

I had to write this review because it really isn't pleasant for a well established business to miss out orders and then not provide any refunds/ exchanges. I had ordered a sticker pack which was missing for a few months(now years!), i waited quite awhile (as different continent shipping will probably take longer). Got in touch with the team after reaching out SEVERAL times- However, despite telling me they will ship it out after shown receipt/ order. The item was NEVER received. I was not compensated for bad service/ process orders. I don't know which is more frustrating- ordering in bulk to have missing items or supporting a business that does not respect/ value their customers. Truly dissapointed with the management. Quality of the jacket was good but don't think i'll purchase again.

They said that they sent my stuff but it hasn’t been delivered yet and it’s been 4-5 months. When I ask what they could do all I got was a “nothing” and that I have to deal with it myself. Like previous reviews don’t order from there if you are outside the US.

I’ve bought from Hellosenpai numerous times since 2021. Specifically, their air fresheners, clothes, and stickers on a few occasions. Their clothes are always top notch and one of a kind! Anytime I wear something I always get many compliments! Their car air fresheners smell great and their stickers last. Once I didn’t receive all stickers, I sent an email and got a response with the replacement sent out quickly after! I always recommend them and can’t believe there’s so many negative reviews on here!

I bought a mouse pad, it looks good...
But it has so many folds that it is unusable. It isnt even possible to flaten it. Not even with an Iron or heavy books.

Seller over-declares value of package content, in my case 100 USD value but letter said 400 USD on it. This resulted in import taxes of over 140% of the product value - in my case > 140 USD import taxes. (240 USD taxed) Never again.

That is like the worst place to order if you are NOT from the US. Worst costumer service in the world, they dont reply to any email. My package was unable to deliver and they have done nothing. Dont order there, order on Amazon or Etsy and dont waste your money!

There customer service is horrible, the products are good. I ordered something in early 2021 and never got it. It took until January 2022 to get a refund that I had to constantly email them for.
I just wish it was settled faster because I actually like their products and want them to do well, but I can’t see myself supporting them anymore or recommending them to anyone.

Absolutely terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend buying from this company to anyone. Ordered in May, it’s now January and we still haven’t received our product. Had to reach out to them from multiple different emails asking about our product because they would not reply to our emails about us not receiving any product or updates! They didn’t even give us any options or discuss what can be done about it, just straight ignored our emails.

Ordered product that never was delivered and even after 8 months still is not delivered. Contacted Hellosenpai support email but they was not able to do anything about it so I asked for refund. After couple emails they asked for my Paypal email but after that "one"email where they asked it they started Ignore my emails and never did Refund. I highly dont recomend buying from Hellosenpai. If they Ignore their customers this way.

shipping was totally over priced, large delivery charges once it arrived due to shipping not being paid for properly (ended up costing me an extra £15), took 4 emails and 3 months for the package to finally get shipped.
got to the point where i dont even want the product any more. the person running the operation was the opposite of transparent and every email was followed by "ill look into it and send an update" then silence. at this point just looking for either a refund or a way to sell the products and make some money back to be honest since the product was for a siblings birthday and i ended up buying something else this took that long to arrive getting here over 2 months after their birthday.
