In my opinion you should this avoid this website and similar websites, e.g Maison-Vaison and Maison-Moda. They sell you cheap and flimsy goods which are likely from some sweat shop in China. On raising a complaint, their "Customer Services" is almost immediate with a vaguely threatening send it back at your own expense initinially, but it might get lost and then you have lost everything. It appears as though there are similar operations world-wide. Post warnings on your WhatsApp / facebook accounts and reach as many people as possible to warn them of this. People cannot afford to lose money this way. I will contact the FCA and the BBC as well as the Trading Standards in the Machester area. And they are not listed on Companies House.

Avoid!! Do not spend a penny with this company. The products are nothing like they look on site. Refund process is a freaking joke!! Only 20% refund, because the items will have to be sent back by the customer’s expense to Asia!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!! Run!!!!

I would not even give Avery and Rose a 1 star, their customer service is absolutely rubbish, my reason for this review is last year I sent for 1 jacket and ended up with 3, I queried this and was told to refuse delivery which is what I did, I have sent email after email and no response, only at the beginning, when I told them that I refused delivery as I was recommend to, they said they hadn't received the returns, I told them they must get in contact with Royal Mail, I have sent emails to Avery and Rose customer service and they don't respond, so please be aware if you purchase anything from them, you will not be refunded and you will not receive any support.

This website is an absolute scam. The garment received was nothing like the one in the picture. The colours, the design, the texture were nothing like the image on the website. What came was cheap, synthetic material.

On further thought, the jacket I received 2 weeks ago is:
the wrong colour form that ordered
is different in design and inferior to the photograph on the website
WORST of all the refund email-does not work(emails bounce back as address not recognised),
the only other email also fails to acknowledge reply to my requests.Clearly they are a scam/cromianl company

Ordered items believing was a UK company. Items
I received were sent directly from China (not Manchester) and are a very poor quality. No washing/care labels and something I would expect from sites such as TEMU or Shein (but unfortunately I have paid premium prices).

To say I am disappointed would be an understatement and I would give the company 0 stars if I could.
I have tried to contact on 3 occasions how to return and item but have not had any responce to my emails.
I have since read the appalling reviews on Trustpilot and wish I had read these before

Watch out they even try to trick you into giving them a better review rating than they deserve ! They contact you asking for a review if you click 5 stars you will be taken to trust pilot but if you click 1 star you are prevented and instead the only option is to e mail them !! 1 star is too high fir the rubbish they sent me

Beware! This is a Chinese company & although it does appear to be British (est. Manchester 1997!) any returns have to be sent back to China. They even point out that international post can get lost.
