What we enjoy the most about Hellofresh is that it not only saves time in skipping most of the grocery shopping, we also don't spend hours thinking about what to cook. The range of recipe proposed is sufficient to make sure we find something we like. The labels (rapido, or balanced) helps making the right choices too. The recipes are easy to follow and overall a good value for money. I think they could however improve on sourcing seasonal local ingredients, possibly organic. I would have no issue paying a premium for that.

My first order was missing all main ingredients ( cheese, meat, chicken). I contacted them immediately. I sent a written comsint too. They apologised that the PASTA was missing. Seriously!!
They offered a refund. Nothing else.
Poor service, poor customer service & impossible to contact CEO.
I've closed account. Will NEVER use them again.

Fragile items such as eggs or creams are consistently damaged and adds extra work in clean-up process.

Meals are overly repetitive in ingredients and at-times feel incomplete. E.g. ramen soup with 90% udon noodles, mushrooms, and eggs (no meat) and risotto with just rice, cheese, and cream essentially--this is not much of a "meal".

Site is not straight forward navigating through it; if I want to raise a claim or speak with customer service, the link is only found when I go to option for cancelling subscription and not for general problems such recurring damaged items, etc. Language options are not easily accessible. Why aren't we requested an option for selecting the language we would like our recipes in? Aesthetics are nice but practicality is lagging. Only received deliveries are Wednesday, did not see how I could modify this to have deliveries on Monday or Friday for example.

Poor experience overall and MUCH to be done to retaining customer loyalty and creating a better customer experience. Guarantee most people do not make it past 3-5 deliveries because of reasons like these.

Convenient, but constantly miss items out of my box. 50% of my orders have generally had missing items. It's frustrating because Hellofresh just offer you a paltry £2.50 voucher when the entire recipe is affected. A long term customer here unhappy and considering moving to a different service.

Underhand business delivering expensive basic food. Avoid this lot as overpriced and unethical business. They make cancelling difficult and will happily lie and charge you after cancellation. Thieves with a cooks hat are an apt description.

My son and I decided recently (Finally!) to start with Hellofresh concept, which we've known for a longtime, but never found a right moment:)
And, we were very satisfied when the first box has arrived. Inside of the box was five paper bags. Each of them contained one recipe as well as all the ingredients needed for two persons. Everything fresh and quantity even a bit more then needed, which we've found great, because we could use it for another cooking. Recipes were so good explained, so my son, who is just starting to cook, enjoyed to prepare them.
Even me (I am mum of three, with few decades of experience in cooking.) I was happy to do a preparation of Hellofresh dishes.
Soon, I will leave the country for a work, but until then, we will definitely continue to use Hellofresh!

Emailed me that my account was closed and a week later took a full payment from me the day before a delivery was due. Now I can't cancel this order because it's a day before the delivery!!! So misleading and has left me massively out of pocket. I can't afford this and have been completely lied to. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Cooking with my partner was a very good experience.
We found a pleasant activity to do together thanx to Hellofresh. The good quality of the ingredients and the varied menus are so good that we go on.

Love the concept, makes our daily life easier as all menus and food packaging are well thought ahead, menus are diversified and delicious. The application is user friendly and the delivery service is top!

The box arrived exactly on time, the ingredients were fresh and good quality. I was really impressed with the menues as well, it was easy to cook and it tasted delicious.
I recommend!

Everthing was good so far except for a missing onion and the 'tomate semi séchée' that was leaking.
In Luxembourg, the receipes are in french only.

Love the Hellofresh boxes. No food waste anymore. Perfect sizes in my opinion.
I usually eat a lot and the portion size never disappointed me. I also like the diversity of the dishes. I always find dishes that I like.
Deliveryman always veeeery kind and on time.
The only thing I can criticize is the amount of plastic they use for the packaging of the ingredients. Beside this, I can really recommend them.

Lovely recipes - always new ideas.

Boxed arrived 14th may 21’
Chicken was dated the 14th ( yes same day) opened it smelt terrible had to bin it looked at the rest of meat all dated the 17th so we would have had to eat 10 meals in 72 hours. Contacted them was told can you not freeze it ( your name is HelloFresh not hellofreeze) anyway they offered me £15.60 credit joke never again thanks

Hello Fresh is the best solution for me as I am not a creative and even so a pretty lazy cook. But with Hello Fresh I cook delicious, healthy and easy to do meals. I love it. Now, my husband enjoys my cooking😁.
