We're so sorry to hear that you haven't been finding the portion sizes quite fill you up. At HelloFresh we have a wholefoods and holistic approach to nutrition. Our menus are created with the customer in mind to ensure you have a variety of meals to choose from every week. Each menu is crafted with both light and more indulgent dishes for you to choose from e.g. a higher kJ burger or crumbed chicken is always balanced with a lower kJ stir-fry or salad. We offer meal swap, so you're more in control of the recipes you select for you and your family. The Culinary team are the perfect combination of chefs, dietitians and nutritionists who ensure recipes are balanced with carbohydrate, protein and vegetables. The quantity of meat or seafood provided depends on the cut and is always in line with New Zealandn Dietary Guidelines.
That said, if you ever have any feedback about your dinners, you can always leave comments when you rate each recipe - that goes straight to our Culinary Team and Recipe Developers so they can tweak the recipes to make sure they are doing the best for our customers moving forwards.

Hello Fresh has brightened up flavour & colour on my plates.Delivery was prompt. However being the only mouth at my table it isn't so wonderful eating 2 meals consecutively the same twice a week. I haven't bought fresh garlic cloves since signing up a month ago & I've always got cos lettuce in fridge for a sandwich. One disappointment has been avocado that aren't ripe to eat for few says after arrival so waiting to enjoy that meal selection. Over all Hello Fresh takes effort out of time planning & shopping for meals so thank you.

Navigating website
The food choices are great. Enjoyed receiving these but when I opted to skip 3 weeks the meals kept coming. Because of this I cancelled my subscription. It was difficult to navigate website to cancel.

Potatoes not up to par.
All the potatoes we have received in our meals for making chips and other dishes have not been the correct type to be able to make decent quality chips etc. Very "watery"!

My husband and I enjoy dinner again
My husband and I love hello fresh. The meals are fabulous. The app is easy to use and you can pause the subscription whenever you want. The kids (sometimes) enjoy the meals also. Super convenient way for us to enjoy dinner time again rather than hate it.

Pretty good meals
Pretty good meals, many of them are quick and take the thought out of what to cook for dinner for busy people. Vegetarian options are good, although maybe a little repetitive/unimaginative after a while.

It's a no brainer!
I just love that I grab the bag out the fridge, grab the menu... Mindlessly read and follow the recipe and land up with a great, tasty family dinner! No shopping stress or having to think of what and how to cook!
