HelloCalm

The things HelloCalm shares about ADHD make me feel seen and often lets me know it’s okay to struggle with it. The free burnout guide was easy to receive and really nicely summed things up.

This was really reassuring

This was really reassuring, and makes me feel less alone and far less like a failure. It highlighted key things I’ve been struggling in a quick simple way. The short sentences and bullet points were really appreciated when as it says the world feels a bit overwhelming right now. Such an amazing little guide and even more amazing it’s free in a world where nothing is anymore!

Relatable, comforting and helpful!

HelloCalm is really great! Her content about ADHD is relatable, comforting, and makes me feel less alone. I can really tell she understands what she’s talking about and genuinely cares about helping others.

She offers helpful resources and workbooks that are thoughtful and supportive and also easy to read and understand. I’d definitely recommend HelloCalm to anyone with ADHD or anyone close to someone with ADHD.
