I really like Cole Buxton products, but being priced at the higher end, I think their sales would improve further through a customer loyalty scheme. I’ve used other brands recently that either have a structured reward scheme providing money off or others that have used ad hoc targeted emails with discounts off products - might be something to think about to improve the already good service to great!

Easy to use website, quickly dispatched my top. Nice personalised sign card inside parcel with my name on it. Customer service are quick to reply when I have emailed in the past. Always flawless service and great clothes

I have always loved Cole Buxton as a brand, and my husband absolutely adores it. I had never purchased from them myself before, but I decided to buy a Christmas gift.

Unfortunately, the size and the appearance of the bag didn’t meet my expectations, so I had to return the items. The order included a bag and a winter jacket purchased during the Black Friday sale.

I followed all the return instructions correctly, used the official return portal, and shipped the parcel using the provided label. The return was delivered to their warehouse.

However, it has now been almost 5 months, and I still have not received my refund. What’s even more disappointing is that no one has responded to my emails for the past 4 months. The last message I received from the brand questioned why the return was sent from a different city. I had already informed them about my health situation, which requires me to travel frequently, including to Birmingham for treatment. Since then, I have been emailing them weekly, but I receive no response at all.

At this point, I have lost hope of getting my money back. I just want to warn others: returning items to this store can be very risky. Even if you follow all the instructions and the parcel is successfully delivered, you may not receive your refund or any explanation.
This has been a very disappointing experience. Please be careful when ordering, especially if you might need to return something.

Quick delivery and product of excellent quality.

I have been buying Cole Buxton for years and have always been a massive fan. Recently they seemed to have changed the fit of their t shirts and they are tiny! I am a taller guy and previous cuts have always been unreal but these new cuts are so small and tight. Sadly not a fan and will need to look elsewhere.

Super fast delivery and yes the overshirt is top quality, looks and feels great. Will last for years.

I love Cole Buxton, really do. It’s helped me address so many blanks with my fashion sense. Truly nice, clean and modern streetwear with a touch of class. Saying this, I actually have returned my latest order with them due to not being impressed with the quality and fit of one of their long sleeve t shirts. Comparing it to my others from different brands I was a bit disappointed on the fit and quality especially paying double the price. Won’t judge them as a whole though as a lot of my wardrobe is CB and I love it just not the biggest fan on this particular piece but won’t affect my appetite to buying from the brand!

Really cool brand, but I had to pay about 35 euros in shipping costs to return a t-shirt worth about 100 euros. If I had known that, I never would have ordered, so I certainly expected a clear warning beforehand.
